A Resolution made up by the United States of America has no jurisdiction or say over us. PERIOD! We as a people need to e ala e and get that through our friggin' heads. Let them apologize all they want just don't try and tell us what to do within our own lawful jurisdiction of Ko Hawaii Pae ‘Aina. America’s maritime courtrooms and fraudulent games of entrapment mean absolutely nothing when they are on these shores. Our 'aina has a piko. Our piko is our perpetual tie to our 'aina through land documents and issues of clear title created by our kupuna circa 1843. It is our constitution and laws created by Kamehameha Ekolu securing our rights as nationals of Ko Hawaii Pae 'Aina, but more importantly as neutral international citizens within a community of nations throughout our kumu honua(world). Our kupuna are one of the first people responsible for committing themselves to peace and creating a place of neutrality within our international community. They had been a product of enough war, bloodshed, and disease through time to insure that their mo'opuna wouldn't have to endure such things. They began to feel the effects as the rest of the world came across the vast Kanaloa from all reaches to our sacred shores. And because of this need to protect their mo'opuna, they insured our wealth, our happiness, our life, our freedom, and most importantly our peace in the world with our constitution and our international treaties. The American usurpers and attempted terrorist cowards who stand at the foundation of the state are the ones responsible for the staged coup, often called the “Overthrow of the Hawaiian Monarchy.” Those same terrorists were then aided and abetted by the same American Government from whence they came, and our nation was forced into submission on the basis of their continued lies. We can not forget this with an apology. American leaders then called out our international allies to war, if any them came to our aid on the basis of our international treaties with those allies. The American Terrorists creating this world into a mean and terrible place for anyone not American, in the name of their own "freedom" for trade and commerce in the Hawai‘i. And because of this act of insurgency upon our shores it rippled across the globe like a disease helping to spawn the warring world. Dismantling the era of peace our kupuna worked so hard to create. Marking the beginning of the era of Ku. If you look at their economy today, they can't seem to keep up with the rest of the world in their ever declining downward slope of a national deficit. American is bankrupt! And if you think Obama is going to save America and the rest of the world because the color of his skin, and the smooth, reassuring tone of his voice, think again. Just take a look at the Blount Report and you begin to get an idea for how American's are, have been, and always will be. Which is either ignorant, or stupid. Altogether American traits at best. Either they would rather not know and stay in the dark. Or want to know and still do whatever the hell they want. American's love to ignore all that's in front of their face, as long as it doesn't directly effect them. James Blount, who was a Confederate soldier and despised American politics as much as the next person was probably one of the first people to document what went wrong here in Hawaii to help point out the facts of the problem of American's here in Hawai'i. Lingle, a Jewish-American governor, of the fraudulent "The State of Hawaii, Inc." is acting ignorantly and in opposition to the facts that have been laid in our history indefinitely. Just as ignorantly as her predecessors in the history of "the State" like the dishonorable Sanford B. Dole, and the dishonorable Lorrin B. Thurston. Lingle acting just as dishonorable in her own right. "I supported the appeal to the United States Supreme Court because I believe the Congress did not take from the State in 1993 the rights it gave the State in 1959." What Lingle "believes" in doesn't matter against what is factual and the acts of what really happened in the State's history of land theft, cultural oppression, and ethnic cleansing of kanaka maoli. Personal belief in her State's history of these actions shows Lingle's unbending ignorance to this case. Any educated person can understand the truth when the facts are presented unless they’ve been living in a bubble her whole life. But I'm sure someone has pointed her in the right direction so she can't be that stupid. "I believe the United States Supreme Court will agree and will confirm Hawai‘i’s rights granted to it in the Admission Act of 1959. As the Governor of all Hawai‘i’s people, Native Hawaiian and non-Native Hawaiian alike, I could not in good conscience seek to withdraw our appeal to the United States Supreme Court and will not do so.” Again with the "I believe" mumbo-jumbo. Well, I can stand against your beliefs with my own little known facts about how the Admission Act of 1959 was illegal, which doesn't really make you "governor" of anything native or non-native alike. The State, which spawned from the illegal U.S. Occupied Territory of Hawaii to the illegal Republic of Hawaii. From the illegal Republic to the illegal Provisional Government. From the illegal P.G. to the Committee of Safety's failed attempt at overthrowing the monarchy. This is the very brief overview, yet factual history of the State that Lingle puts so much BELIEF in. Lingle is a hands-down bluff, and the true people of Hawai'i are calling her on it, as she asks for help from a Supreme Court, that again shouldn't have any interest in this case as they cross illegal sidelines and bargain chips from America. The U.S. Supreme Court will only be able to define its legal standing on the basis of illegal actions since around the time of 1893. Making OHA's feud within its own State entity to try and grab at more land all the more ridiculous, when in reality it doesn't belong to either fraudulent parties. Hence, null and void in any ruling at the U.S. Supreme Court at this point. We all would love to see Apoliona and Lingle go at it in a one on one cage match brawl. A bloody fight to the death! The crowd would scream "Give her an elbow to the head Apoliona!" "Come on Lingle titty twist her and tie it around her neck!" Another screams from the sidelines. They both fall down all bruised, bloody, and broken. Draw! "Ah! Good for nothing!" Everybody goes home a winner, feeling like a loser. It's like the story of the bully who stole the cookie from the kid that's crying. And the kid that's crying had already stolen it from the kid who still has the whole box of cookies and is just sitting watching the fight in confusion hoping to see some action. But getting back to the ceded lands case here in "The State of Hawaii, Inc.," ceded lands are a joke primarily because ceded lands don't exist on the basis of historical fact. The lands were never legally ceded to any party from the Kingdom of Hawaii and Ko Hawaii Pae 'Aina. It would be impossible to cede any lands because as it stands from 1893, all land title documents, leases, fee simple, or title guarantee have no legal standing. Fake palapala. Opala! Rubbish! Ceded lands are fake. Lingle and her title of Governor is fake, or better put has no legal understanding within the lawful jurisdiction of Ko Hawaii Pae 'Aina that her "State of Hawaii, Inc." rests in. And most importantly this ridiculous grapple over something that doesn't even exist is the biggest fake of them all. The state does not LEGALLY own any land. OHA is not a LEGAL entity within the state because the state isn't legal. And as far as being a Native Hawaiian. Well that's just a term created to sling us in a web of "the state's" lies at an attempt to commandeer more 'aina. Eo! Eo! The State has got to go! Eo! Eo! The State has got to go! If I were sitting on the U.S. Supreme Court I would just throw this case out to the dogs to chew on. But of course the U.S. Supreme Court has to take on a stupid case like this. If they take an unbiased approach to this case, and really dig up all the facts here, look through all of the rubbish documents, and see the bigger problem in the case being presented they might smack Lingle in the face with the law. Rule in favor of the State Supreme Courts ruling keeping all of that land in trust, and go right back to the beginning. A Trust that OHA doesn't really have because OHA is a state created entity, making this whole case null and void. It's really a stupid fight that neither party has any legal interest in, and both parties should be sued on principal alone for tampering with it. In any case, the ruling won't matter, but it'll be entertainment for the rest of us who actually take an interest in what is trying to be done with our lands here in Ko Hawaii Pae 'Aina. Very well put and factual as I have also done extensive research to the issues. As records show, the U.S. complicity is more than they expressed. It goes deeper than U.S. Minister Stevens overstepping his bounds. Big business in Washington D.C. were also scholars of manifest destiny, pro-annexationists, and believers of expansionism through imperialistic means. The meeting with the Secretary of State James Blaine and Lorrin L. Thurston was approved by U.S. President Benjamin Harrison. Blaine had a shady reputation and as did his close friend John L. Stevens. They were both well-known pro-annexationists. Stevens was minister for the U.S. in Paraguay and Uruguay. He incited the people to revolt and annex to U.S. Both countries kicked him out and the U.S. sent him to Sweden to "chill out". Blaine plotted with Thurston to destabilize the Hawaiian government without setting international precedent and if successful in overtaking Hawai'i, the U.S. (President Harrison) would be open for annexating Hawai'i. This is why Stevens was taken out of the"ice box" and sent to Hawai'i as U.S. Minister. The U.S. had interest in Hawai'i moreso since 1826. Covert activities continued until its overt actions in 1887 which escalated in January 16, 1893, culminated on the 17th, with its Puppet Provisional Government militarily protected, it became the Republic of Hawai'i, still without the people's support, 1897 with the Ku'e Petitions, Newland's Resolution to declare Hawai'i annexed without a treaty, the irregular procedings of the statehood act where we are today still fighting to get our nation-state returned.

Some say the U.S. will never return the stolen country to its people. These are the ones that suffer from the Stockholm Syndrome. Hawai'i nationals know it's a matter of time that it will happen. The troubles the U.S. A. is in, it will be inevitable. The U.S. has already degraded into a third world country run by elitist oligarchy and is facing its demmise; and none too soon. A little more patience and it will happen. I look forward to it and the resurrection of our country.
