I, Amelia Gora one of Kamehameha's descendants /heir through four (4) of his children:  Kaoleioku (male); Kanekapolei (female); Kalanihelemaiiluna (male); and Kanakaole (male);

I, Amelia Gora am one of the Pearl Harbor, Halawa True Land Owners wrongfully claimed by the U.S.A. See below for the Overview and links to the Exhibits, etc.

Pearl Harbor, Halawa etc. True Land Owners:

Alodio/Ano Alodio Land System is the basis of ownership in the Hawaiian archipelago/Hawaiian Archipelago.  Genealogies are the basis of all lands titles in the Hawaiian archipelago/Hawaiian Archipelago/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina/Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaii.

Alodio/Ano Alodio Land System is secured to the descendants/heirs forever based on koko/bloodlines.

In Hawaii Revised Statutes HRS172.11, the Alodio/Ano Alodio Land System was maintained because all lands "inures" to the benefits of the heirs/descendants.

The Halawa Ahupuaa which includes Pearl Harbor, etc. belongs to our families, which means the U.S.A. does not have title to the lands.

The following shows my genealogies which secures our ownership, titles to the lands:

I, Amelia Gora am one of the descendants/heir of Mataio Kekuanaoa thru his oldest son Paalua (male) brother of Ruth Keelikolani; Moses Kaikioewa (male); Lot Kamehameha /Kamehameha V (male); Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV (male); Victoria Kamamalu (female); a hanai/adopted child named Bernice Pauahi, who was NOT the last of the Kamehameha's.  Mataio Kekuanaoa's last wife Kalima had children/stepchildren /my ancestors named John Kapena(male), Alenoho (male), Kapehe (female),  et. als.  

I, Amelia Gora am one of the descendants/heirs of Akahi who was the last wife of Kalanimoku who had been married to Keopuolani (female) widow of Kamehameha.  Akahi (female) was the mother of Nahuina (male) and hanai/adopted mother of her own grandson Kaluakini (male) my great grandfather.

Akahi (female) and Kalanimoku were also the stepparents of Liholiho/Kamehameha II; Kauikeouli/Kamehameha III; Victoria Kamamalu; Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi ; William Charles Lunalilo, and all of Kamehameha's children.

Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi, a true niece of Kalanimoku thru his sister Wahinepio was also the hanai/adopted daughter of Kalanimoku and Akahi (female).

Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi was also first cousin of  Luluhiwalani grandfather of Haili/Kaili/Kalama who married Kaluakini stepbrother and my great grandparents.

Note:  The genealogy lines of Kaluakini was recognized by the Oahu Burial Council genealogist Kanai Kapeliela who stated that I was one of the few who submitted a complete genealogy.  Our family was recognized for our ancestral lands in Waikiki, Oahu, Hawaii and participated in the iwi/skeletal remains placed in the Waikiki Burial mound fronting the Honolulu Zoo site.

Kaluakini, my great grandfather was the son of Nahuina whose mother was Akahi married to Kikau, Kalanimoku, et. als.

Kikau's father, Akahi's father-in-law was Nuuanu Konohiki of Kapalama, etc.  Nuuanu's father was Mahihelelima who was the kahu/caretaker of Kamehameha's wives Kaahumanu, Kaheiheimalie, and Namahana/Piia (another ancestor).

Our families genealogy lines continue the connection of the Kalaniopuu's (leader of the Big Island), Kamehameha's families who surrounded his wives, were the families who surrounded Liholiho/Kamehameha II wife Kamamalu, a hanai/adopted child of Luluhiwalani the true nephew of Kalanimoku, my great great great great grandfather.

There are many claims submitted which shows multiple claims to lands that the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees/Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates Trustees have criminally assumed because they are not the title holders and are not related to us due to the basis of the Ano Alodio/Alodio Land System which "inures" to the benefits of the descendants/heirs forever.

The Trustees over time did defraud our True Royal Families over time, supported by the Supreme Court Justices who in 1885 claimed that the rules that they passed became law. 

The Supreme Court Justices were contrary to the three part Hawaiian Government which consisted of the Sovereign (permanent part) descendants/heirs and successors; House of Nobles (permanent part) descendants/heirs; and the House of Nobles (a temporary, voted in part) - this part included the Supreme Court Justices who were conspirators/ treasonous the Hawaiian Government.  This part also became the treasonous group which premeditated the wrongful, criminal treasonous, pirate entity calling themselves the Provisional Government turned Republic, then Territory, and State of Hawaii supported by the U.S.A./U.S. Government thru Presidents Benjamin Harrison, Cleveland, thru Einsenhower who used his Presidential Executive Order to accept Hawaii as a State with oppositions documented every step of the way.

Support by England, the Morgan bankers, Bank of England, which became the CFR/Council on Foreign Relations are also documented.

The historical wrongs have been maintained by the U.S./U.S.A. Presidents over time supporting historical criminals who have pirated assets, lands belonging to true descendants, heirs of Kamehameha, et. als. documented.

The U.S./U.S.A. government, military operations in a neutral, friendly nation is not O.K.  The U.S./U.S.A. Navy, etc. operations are not O.K. in the Hawaiian archipelago/Archipelago is opposed because we are the true land owners and it is not o.k. to muck up our environment, the seas.

As one of the Kamehameha's descendants/heirs, I maintain that the Perpetual/permanent Treaty of Friendship exists.

As one of the Halawa, Pearl Harbor land owners, I maintain that I, Amelia Gora am one of the land owners as well as the sea mounds extending out of the Pearl Harbor sea beach, corals as far as 25 miles including the entire archipelago coral seas and cannot allow you to proceed in further destruction of our lands and seas.

Premeditation of the U.S. in assuming Hawaii is on record and have been posted over time for the World to see the pirating activities of a bankrupt nation moving to assume a friendly, neutral, non-warring, perpetual treaty nation by the U.S. who did ask through a representative to obtain loans which would not be paid for hundreds of years, only a small interest would be given.  Our House of Nobles denied the request......and the criminal assumption by Morgan bankers, a gay, male lover of William Lee and both being American spies in the Hawaiian Islands moved to assume a friendly, neutral nation led by brown people, people of color who were detested for their land ownership in the beautiful Hawaiian paradise called Hawaii. 

This person was gay banker Charles Reed Bishop, a childless man lover who married so called Bernice Pauahi, a replacement of the real Bernice Pauahi who was a half-white person questioned by our families over time.  Issues remain unresolved, the major point being that descendants of Kamehameha, Grace Kamaikui, Mataio Kekuanaoa exists, they existed then in 1884 and their descendants exists today.....

Therefore, the claim to Pearl Harbor is based on Fraud. 

The Deed of King Kalakaua is also based on Fraud as documented over time in news articles, letters to the Presidents, etc.

Based on the above as well as information sent over time to the Presidents, etc., I, Amelia Gora, as one of the True Land Owners hereby state opposition to military activities in the Hawaiian Islands, Hawaiian Archipelago/Hawaiian archipelago with the proof that the U.S. does NOT own Pearl Harbor, Halawa, etc. because the True land owners are here, and I am one of them maintaining Opposition to all, any kinds of weapon use affecting our lands, seas, air, skies, underground areas, etc. in our Hawaiian Archipelago/Hawaiian archipelago affecting our Royal families, kanaka maoli, other citizens, creatures on the lands, seas, Pacific Ocean, skies, etc.

The State of Hawaii sued us for filing a Lien on the Crown Lands disregarding our Royal Persons status, Estoppel entered, Corum Nobis, etc.  We are not subject to the laws because we are Royal Persons descendants of Kamehameha, rents and leases are owed to us because the lands utilized by the State of Hawaii, City & County utilize our families properties without authority, we are the land owners, the title holders, and not the criminal Trustees, et. als. of various Alii Trusts who can be prosecuted for racketeering, genocide, identity theft, criminal deviance, corruption, fraud, deceit, etc.

The Navy is required to include comments on their Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) re: the use of high frequency underwater sound for testing in Hawaii, the California and Atlantic Coasts, and the Gulf of Mexico. According to their estimates it will deafen more than 15,900 whales and dolphins and kill 1,800 more over the next 5 years. Whales and dolphins depend on sound to navigate and live. Your signature and comment will have to be included in the EIS and could stop this Naval program, potentially saving the lives of these ocean creatures. The comments must be in by July 10, 2012.

    I am Hanalei Fergerstrom, the appointed spokesperson for Na Kupuna Moku O Keawe. Na Kupuna Moku O Keawe is a gathering of Traditional Elders from the six major districts of the island of Hawaii.
    We have tried to stay abreast of the actions of the military buildup in the Hawaiian Islands. We are on your mailing list and have been for the past ten years. We have been slighted by the Military's constant refusal to keep us properly and timely informed of it proposed actions. This type of behavior is unacceptable. Even when we caught wind of this proposed action and attended the public meeting, completely uninformed and unprepared, we were met with a shameful display of disregard for the public's concerns. Given  three minutes to respond to a 4,000 page technical document is absolutely absurd and further demonstrates the complete disconnect between the Military and the public.
    The following is the foundation of our organization.

It is further stated that the Hawaiian People that we as subjects to the Hawaiian Kingdom cannot accept posthumously an apology to our Queen. Therefore we must take the responsibility to continue her legacy and hereby notice all government entities foreign or domestic, including OHA, DHHL or any group may not represent the Hawaiian People without notice and expressed permission on every matter.

We gather this day May 31, 2003in the district of Puna to address the following: To State, give Notice  and register our opposition on the use of Proxy voting by any government agency , State or Federal as well as any club or organization , civil, social, or private on any matter concerning the development of a governing body for the Hawaiian People.

II. Violations of International Laws     
     a) Until 1893 the Hawaiian Kingdom was internationally recognized as an Independent Sovereign Nation State with diplomats in 26 foreign countries;
    Illegal overthrow of the Hawaiian Kingdom in 1893 supported by the United States of America;
    1993 United States Public Law 103-150 clearly states that the Hawaiian  people never directly relinquished their inherent Sovereignty or their National Lands.
    The area identified as the Hawaii Range complex is entirely within the territorial waters of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
 
    b) Laws of the Territorial Seas:
    International Laws/ United Nations has laws regarding the Laws of Territorial Seas that clearly defines the territorial borders of nations. This includes the archipelago of the Hawaiian Islands which is the exclusive territory of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
    The United State is attempting to illegally identify the Hawaiian Archipelago as part of the United States which it is clearly not, and is attempting to utilize territories that do not belong to them and is in fact the Hawaiian Kingdom. This attempt violates the treaties of the territorial seas.
 
     b) 1906 Hague Convention of military occupied countries has key features.
The Occupier cannot claim ownership of the county occupied.
The Occupier cannot set up a judicial system that allows them to claim ownership.
The Occupier cannot set up a tribunal in which the people of the occupied country can be tried under the Occupiers Laws.

All of these conventions are violated in the case of the Belligerent Occupied Nation of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
   
    III. Exclusion of the Hawaiian People, their Culture, and their Religion.

    Nowhere in this Environmental Impact Statement is the inclusion of the Hawaiian People, as if the People of Hawaii was not part of the environment that is impacted. The entire archipelago of the Hawaiian Islands, including all of it natural resources, the coral, the fish, the marine vegetation and all of it's counterparts on land are all part of the religious chant of creation ( KUMULIPO) of the Hawaiian People.
    This exclusion of the relationship between the Hawaiian People and it's environment further illustrates the belligerent posture of the U.S. Military Occupation of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
    The Hawaiian Kingdom was the first nation ever to declare itself           a “Neutral” nation. Therefore all of the actions purposed under this EIS violates the Neutrality of the Hawaiian Kingdom.
   
    IV. Lack of Studies and information of short and long term effects.
   
    This EIS fails to address the long term effects of explosives, toxic chemicals on the growth and basic health of coral polyps. The coral polyps are the birth of all marine life and is the basis of the Hawaiian Chant of Creation (KUMULIPO). There is great concern of this Eminent Harm posed by the proposed actions of the U.S. Military in the National Marine Sanctuary
   
know as “Papa Hanau Moku”. Papa Hanau Moku translates to the Foundation of life and the birth of the Hawaiian Islands.

Charles Reed Bishop came to the Hawaiian Islands with his lover William Lee.  Both worked for the the U.S. Consulate.

William Lee worked under the Hawaiian Government and played a part in helping to set up the Mahele/Great Mahele in 1848.

Charles Reed Bishop was a banker, an attorney associated with the syndicate bankers.

William Lee became one of the Justices for the Hawaiian Government Court.

Kauikeouli/Kamehameha III died.  He was survived by Queen Kalama.  His designated heirs were Alexander Liholiho, Lot Kamehameha and Victoria Kamamalu.  Queen Kalama had dower rights which she conveyed to Alexander Liholiho.  This was part of the Crown Lands.

His hanai son Alexander Liholiho became Kamehameha IV.  Lot Kamehameha became his heir.

Alexander Liholiho married Emma who was Kamehameha's brother's grandaughter.  Dr. TCB Rooke, a Mason/Freemason adopted Emma alone.  His wife Grace Kamaikui had children of her own named Hueu Davis, Kale Davis, and Peke Davis.  Emma was a true cousin of theirs.

Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV died leaving his widow Emma.  His heirs were Lot Kamehameha and Victoria Kamamalu.  His oldest brother Moses Kaikioewa was killed by the missionaries according to oral history and credible informants.

Victoria Kamamalu died.  Her only designated heir was Mataio Kekuanaoa whose other descendants/heirs existed then and exists now.  Our families are also descendants and heirs of Mataio Kekuanaoa who died intestate.

Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V became successor.  Many of his cousins existed including half white/hapa haole Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

The lies of Bernice Pauahi Bishop being the last of the Kamehameha's were perpetuated by the Mason/Freemason Charles Reed Bishop and Friends.  Piracy(ies) are documented.

William Charles Lunalilo was elected/selected to be the successor to the throne because he was the Senior Level of Kamehameha's widows. 

Lunalilo became King William Charles Lunalilo because he was the oldest living son of Kamehameha and Liholiho/Kamehameha II's wife named Kekauluohi/Auhea (w).  She married Kahea/Kaheakulani (k) and Charles Kanaina (k). 

King Lunalilo died of tuberculosis as with his friend Robert Lewis Stevenson.  They drank together and it's suspicious that during this period a Dr. Arnold, a longtime researcher in tuberculosis arrived during this period.

King Lunalilo's heir was Emma who publicly proclaimed that she was his heir.  She said that she was the closest to the Kamehameha lines as her grandfather was Keliimaikai, the brother of Kamehameha.
