    Kamehameha III's heirs and successors exist and are the heirs forever....for the Crown Lands, and the House of Nobles are the overseers.........the Kamehameha Schools ARE NOT the owners but a bunch of frauds, criminals who claimed themselves to be the heirs....see Land Court App 1228
    dated 4/11/1939 "acceptance of the trust by the Trustees named in the will was filed on March 4, 1885....all the annuitants mentioned in the Will & Codicils are dead." This criminal move by the State of Hawaii which has No Jurisdiction in Hawaii because there was no annexation means that any building placed on these lands will have to be removed by order of the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii heirs of the Crown Lands NOT "ceded lands" ... the Pirates have been recorded on the Pirate list, etc. according to the 1850 Treaty Article XIV - the permanent treaty of amity and friendship - the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States............
