- Didn't King Kamehameha III sell the island of Ni'ihau to the Sinclairs for $10,000 to settle a debt?

- Rule of law of the Hawaiian Kingdom... the Konohiki is also Koakanu as documented in the Mahele book. Rents are due to the descendants of Koakanu’s descendants who exists today. The Kakalias who are cousins of ours lives on Oahu, California etc.; the Jane Loeau descendants on Oahu and the big island; Kalolas descendants on several islands and same with the Abigail maheha an Kaluaikau’s descendants on several islands...Although the claim is that Kamehameha IV sold interest the land returned to Kamehameha lll’s heirs and successors....and the other half of the island is owned by Koakanu. Ownership papers were signed on February 14, 1848 by Kamehameha lll. Reference- Mahele Book, Indices of awards book, and The Kong’s Mahele by Dorothy Barrere, genealogy research." width="16" />1

- The Allodial title was conveyed in 1848 as forever title . The Sinclair’s could never own Allodial titles. As one of the heirs representing our families who are the Allodial owners of the Island of Niihau etc hereby inform the Robinsons that rents are due at the rate of $50,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1863 when Kamehameha IV died . Questions? Theiolani@gmail.com. For the records documented" width="16" />1
