The Legitimate Government in Hawaii Series:  The Allodial Titles Published Almost a Year After Passed

                                                                         Review by Amelia Gora (2021)

Sharing our suspicions about the hidden, suspected removal of important documentation, genocide issues about the Allodial Titles which were conveyed to kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli in 1849.

Fee Simple were conveyed to Aliens/ non kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli.  Aliens cannot own Allodial Titles.  They were given only 30 years, temporary, less than Allodial lands or Freehold.

Evidence / Proof Needed for the Records

Hunted for the publications showing the Allodial records.

To date, through research, we have obtained copies of the laws on record held at the Archives which really belongs to our Royal Family who are part of the legitimate government in Hawaii.

Requests to have our records returned were sent to the following U.S. Presidents:

1. George W. Bush

2. William Clinton

3.  Barrack Obama

4.  Donald Trump

5.  Joe Biden

The Important Issues affecting all kanaka maoli Allodial lands/Titles/Superior Titles/Paramount Titles follow:

Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's Speech of 1851 shows that he had passed the Allodial titles to kanaka maoli at the end of December 1849.

Timeline

1849 - no articles turned up on chroniclingamerica for Allodial term entered in the newspaper POLYNESIAN which was used by the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii's government.

There are 82 entries for the term "Allodial".

Note:  It appears that the usurpers moved to extinguish this important fact about land ownership in a Constitutional Monarchy government.

Know that other Constitutional Monarchy governments conveyed Allodial land which was different from our Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii.

For example, their Allodial lands/titles were conveyed for only a life interest of the grantee, then the land was returned to their Crown upon the decease of the grantee.

Unlike the Allodial lands conveyed by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, the lands were given "forever" to kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli and their descendants "forever and ever".

1850 - September 21.  Allodial law shown.  Reference is made to the December 21, 1849 date.  It was nearly a year later that the POLYNESIAN printed the fact:
