The case of Lorenzo who was represented by Williamson Chang exposes why the entity State has no right to exist.

Reason:  The Appellate Judges documented that the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii was not in existence.

LOL.

The Jokes on them because they don't have a right to exist being that they were raised through the piracy acts of U.S. President William McKinley who "developed" the Territory of the United States and changed it to the Territory of Hawaii.

The U.S. became two (2) nations:  (1)  the American Empire - with territories under this newly made entity, and (2) the United States - dealt with nations that had treaties.

A brief sentence on what happened to the Kingdom of Hawaii/ Hawaiian Kingdom is explained in this case with the added touch of not to be recorded in West Law?

(Give me a break.....)....the most challenging of cases in Hawaii have the instructions of not to be recorded/published in West Law..........an intense review of all those laws should be made to expose the fraudulent set up by a demonic motivated U.S. President William McKinley who started a War with Spain four (4) days before obtaining approval from Congress.

*The entity State of Hawaii exists under the pirate activities of U.S. President William McKinley who had the Territory of the United States "developed" because the Provisional government had no sovereignty and could last only for a short period of time.
 
The Republic of Hawaii also had no sovereignty.
 
*A "shared sovereignty" occurred under the United States government with the newly formed nation called the "American Empire" which held the territories.  The nation called the United States maintained connections to other nations that had Treaties.
 
Also see the following newspaper article which was printed "Commemorating the 40th Anniversary of Establishment of (the) Territorial Government".Anniversary", the territorial "development" was published by the pirates, pillagers, frauds, conspirators, racketeers, privateers supported by the U.S. President William McKinley, Congress, et. als.
 


CONCLUSION
 
*  The Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii with sovereignty since the time of Kamehameha III continues on.
 
Note:  The move to identity thieve the sovereignty status was moved on in the PA PELEKANE case, 1912, HAWAIIAN REPORTS, Supreme Court Library/Archives/Main Library, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.
 
Therefore, the Appellate Court Case held in January 2021 is flawed and shows that the entity Territory developed into the State of Hawaii under the United States - American Empire has not the right to exist in the Hawaiian Islands/Hawaiian archipelago or as a State of the United States.
