The Legitimate Government in Hawaii Series:   Highlights of the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the U.S.

The following article shows some of the Highlights of the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the U.S.

Hawaii even in 1850 was a wealthy nation sought after by other nations especially by the U.S.:

Summary

The Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii /Ko Hawaii Pae Aina is shown here as a wealthy nation with an annual income of $12,000,000 + when it came to business and commerce in 1850.

400 of U.S. ships alone and 10,000 men frequenting the Hawaiian Islands were documented.

Note:  This amount does not include ships from other nations such as France, Great Britain, etc.

The move to have the Judiciary be an independent operations is shown.

Note:  The Judiciary department is shown to be problematic in days prior to the overthrow of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

The Judiciary was infiltrated by former American Civil War Generals, and lawyers schooled in Yale, etc.  The Judiciary became inundated with Americans which appears to have planned, conspired against the Constitutional Monarchy Heads over time.

The U.S. purpose for the Treaty was "for the principle of reciprocity".

Note:  the meaning of reciprocity - the practice of exchanging things with others for mutual benefit, especially privileges granted by one country or organization to another.

The Treaty of 1849 and ratified by both Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli and the U.S. President Zachary Taylor is a permanent treaty of friendship and amity.

Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli also documented "his heirs and successors" as party to the treaty.

The move to claim that Bernice Pauahi Bishop, etc. were "the last of the Kamehameha's" appears to have been made to eliminate the recognition of the Treaty of 1850 meaning that the Treaty would be no longer applicable......Wrong.....the moves were made by the Judges who were moving on gaining control over the Constitutional Monarchy's King or Queen's position as noted in the above article a number of times.

During King Kalakaua's reign, or shortly after the death of Bernice Pauahi Bishop in 1884, the Judges claimed that the rules that they made became law which usurped the entire structure of government in the Hawaiian Islands.

The Judges were conspirators, pirates, pillagers, and treasonous against the King, the Queen, the House of Nobles, etc.

Background

Since 1884, in the thinking of the conspiracy based Judges, from the Supreme Court records, the Treaty of 1850 ended in 1885

The Judges operated as the heads of the Hawaiian government because they claimed that the rules they made became law.

 The Judges were treasonous, had conspired against the Hawaiian Kingdom, King Kalakaua and Queen Liliuokalani.

The Judges were also party to the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Trustees, Charles Reed Bishop - attorney, party to the Bayonet Constitution of 1887 forcing King Kalakaua to sign with guns to his head.

Note:  King Kalakaua was under duress which also means that the Bayonet Constitution/ Constitution of 1887 was null and void.

The operations moved over to Queen Liliuokalani who was also under duress which made all null and void.

The momentum of eliminating the 1850 Treaty of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, his heirs and successors and the U.S. President Zachary Taylor because Bernice Pauahi Bishop being "the last of the Kamehameha's" would extinguish the Treaty totally and the Judges would be the governing body of the Hawaiian Kingdom.

With unknowing members of the Hawaiian Government, this bit of information appears to have slipped by and the Judges continued on their fraudulent setup of overthrowing the Queen, and assisting in creating a fraud trust in 1909 which was opposed by Queen Liliuokalani even in her Will.

With 12 Million Dollars in 1850, a lucrative amount of monies was already eyed up and sought as a goal for other nations to pirate, pillage, etc.

With the ideal location with tropical weather, rain, abundance of fresh water, food led to the jealous desires of foreign nations to infiltrate, assume, plan, premeditate the takeover of a wealthy, weak nation called the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina which remains till today the Legitimate Government in Hawaii.
