The Legitimate Government in Hawaii Series: Crown & Government Lands Deeds vs. Aliens Interpretation or Misinterpretation of

The following shows the Crown Lands and Government Lands Deeds Signed by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli found at the Archives - Honolulu, and the 1865 Opinions of the Judges - Alien Judges who did change the deeds and did a fraudulent interpretation of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's words which was "for himself, his heirs and successors, forever":

The Alien Judges determined that they should utilize the May 8, 1848 documents rather than the June 8, 1848 Act Relating to the Lands of His Majesty the King and His Government signed by Kamehameha /Kamehameha III and Keoni Ana "done and passed in Privy Council".
Instead, this is what they placed their opinions on, which changed the directions of the Crown Lands and Government Lands Deeds by using the March 8, 1848 documents instead of the Deeds signed in the Privy Council on June 7, 1848:
Note the reference date March 8, 1848 then the disregard of June 7, 1848 documents which were signed in the Privy Council meeting....also note that March 8, 1848 refers to "heirs and assigns" and the June 7, 1848 documents shows "himself, his heirs, and successors, forever".

The Alien Judges opinions follows and mentioning William Lee's (dec.) translations of the June 7, 1848 Deed but had additional opinions outside of what was recorded on the Deed itself:

William Little Lee (February 25, 1821 – May 28, 1857) was an American lawyer who became the first Chief Justice of the Supreme Court for the Kingdom of Hawaii.
William Lee was a lover of Charles Reed Bishop. They both worked for the American Consulate in Honolulu. Lee had wanted Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli to agree to Annexation to the U.S.
The Disregarded Laws by the Alien Judges Which Was Approved by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli:
Inalienable. Not subject to sale or transfer; inseparable. That which is inalienable cannot be bought, sold, or transferred from one individual to another.

Inalienable right refers to rights that cannot be surrendered, sold or transferred to someone else, especially a natural right such as the right to own property.
The Alien Judges were part of the conspiracy, a planned conspiracy to assume the authority of the King, annex Hawaii to the United States.
The move to manipulate the verbiage the legalese, the twists and turns were deliberately set up to confuse, change the King's Deeds as documented above.
Evidence of having the Alien Judges assignments are shown in the discussion of the Treaty of 1850 between the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States:

The Alien Judges were and are part of the conspirators set in place to fraudulently obtain what is Not theirs.
Alien Judge Alfred Hartwell is an example of the Judges who infiltrated the legal system and assumed lands, monies, and became the third wealthiest person in the Hawaiian Islands.
He supported and conspired against the Hawaiian Kingdom, Kamehameha V, King Lunalilo, King Kalakaua, and Queen Liliuokalani.
