Obtaining signatures by utilizing duress is illegal....Can a non-owner transfer lands under a "Pretend" status and give it to a foreigner? Under the "pretend" status, can that foreigner claim to convey it to a nation that has a contractual agreement called a treaty be legal? Kamehameha III said that the Crown lands are for himself, his heirs, and successors, forever - the heirs AND successors are only for Kamehameha III's family... the word AND does translate to more than one person - in other words Not only to Queen Liliuokalani. Duress, usurpation, coercion, intimidation upon a person to gain something from is a crime is it not? Having a Judge interpret and form an opinion about a deed from a King is not legal is it not? to have a Judge Hartwell is his name become one of the third wealthiest aliens in the Hawaiian Islands questionable is it not? to have that judge conspire with other characters who could never own allodial lands in Hawaii are criminals conspiring against the Queen is illegal is it not? due to the neutral, friendly, non-violence status of our Queen do you suppose that she represented the most civilized nation vs. the barbarians Judge Hartwell, Albert Francis Judd, William O. Queen Liliuokalani died in 1917 and her interest in the Crown Lands was extinguished. Since finding the true Crown Land deeds and the Government land deeds and knowing there's a difference between allodial titles/forever titles vs. fee simple to aliens/foreign and not kanaka maoli are the same as 30 year leases or freehold very different from our kanaka maoli/Kanaka Hawaii Maoli lands which are permanent titles. Does it matter that a "pretend" government was allowed to survive and now faces the facts that it is a farce and questioned by other nations? The 1850 Treaty was ratified and stands because it is between Kamehameha III, his heirs and successors a contractual agreement with President Zachary Taylor. This is under the United States with nations which has treaties. Then in 1898-99 U.S. President McKinley formed two (2) nations: (1) American Empire - the territories of the U.S. was added to this which is where the Territory of Hawaii turned State of Hawaii by Executive Order of U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower; (2) United States - recognizes nations with treaties - including the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii treaty of 1850 ratified by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli who listed as one of the owners of the Crown Lands as 'for himself, his heirs, and successors, forever'.....which is where we, the Royal Family's stand....This is a Legal Notice posted for all to see, share, pass on to families, friends.
