Pirates/Parasites/Pirates of the Pacific and the World Move to Perpetuate Crimes Against Kanaka Maoli, the Royal Families Existing in the Hawaiian Islands.

Can Pirates/Parasites/Pirates of the Pacific and the World Promote a Pirate Government called OHA/Office of Hawaiian Affairs, Kanaiowalu, etc. and be legal when it is unacceptable, having No Jurisdiction, etc.

Can persons who are not associated/related to our Royal Families take Assumption of all Claims etc. be legal when documentation is lacking and the Treaties were Not Agreed to by others outside of Kamehameha III - Kauikeouli and his descendants/heirs?

Can the Royal Families move with other Neutral Nations as well as the Non-United Nations members?

Lists of the 193 members of the United Nations are easy to locate, but how many countries are not members of the UN? Three countries out of the 196 countries of the world are not members of the United Nations.

Kosovo

Kosovo declared independence from Serbia on on February 17, 2008 but has not gained complete international recognition to allow it to become a member of the United Nations.

Taiwan

In 1971 the People's Republic of China (mainland China) replaced Taiwan (also known as the Republic of China) in the United Nations.

Vatican City / The Holy See

The independent papal state of 771 people (including the Pope) was created in 1929. They have not chosen to become part of the international organization.

      • Another point is that the Ku'e Petition indicates that the true subjects of the Hawaiian Kingdom didn't recognize the U.S. Republic of Hawaii and therefore weren't part of that government; most didn't have right to vote in it; and if they took the oath of allegiance, it was under duress in order to be employed. Therefore, they were still subjects of the Hawaiian Kingdom and not citizens of the U.S. Republic of Hawaii. The U.S. proclaimed citizens of the Republic of Hawaii to be U.S. citizens through the Newland's Resolution which was unlawful especially when the Republic of Hawaii representatives were already U.S. citizens and there wasn't a lawful treaty of Annexation; thus no cessation legally happened. The law of occupation and the law of neutrality still apply.

Tyler and Webster had their eyes on Hawaii to covet. Finally, it was Secy of State James Blaine who was in direct contact with Lorrin Thurston in mapping out plans to destabilize the Hawaiian Kingdom government without setting obvious precedent internationally and put him together with John L. Stevens in Hawaii to play out the plot. U.S. executive branch was very much steeped in this intrigue as was a few in Congress and in the military (navy-marines). This is all documented which one can find in the library of congress.
