The "Haole Law" of the Blood Quantum is Illegal

ALOHA Kakou, e Hawaii, When the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act was passed in 1921 most of the Hawaiian people were of Blood Quantum of 50% or more. So the Blood Quantum at that time was no problem. Since the passage of the Blood Quantum it has been used as a Political Weapon to Divide and Conquer the Hawaiian People. The Blood Quantum is a Hauole Law to protect the interest of everyone else except the native Hawaiian people of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act, alone the Hawaiian people.
