Finally a "Haole Law" Public Law 103-150 that is Pono. This "Haole Law" is more then just a "Symbolic" expression to the Hawaiian people. It is an admission of Guilt on the part of the United States. An admission of Guilt that I hold the United States and its agencies accountable.
