For example, these poliTRICKans passed Senate Bill 1328 which increased the vehicle registration tax, Senate Bill 1329 which increased the vehicle weight tax, and House Bill 1039 which increased the rental car tax.
They didn't end there.
The Democrat Regime in Hawai'i introduced and passed Senate Bill 754 which resulted in the suspension of GET exemptions for businesses. Businesses like Hawaiian Air had little choice but to increase their fees thus pass this tax onto consumers.
