"A proposal to transfer about 25 acres in Kakaako worth $200 million to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs to settle long-standing ceded lands claims does not do enough to empower the Native Hawaiian people."

Actually this deal requires WRITTEN authorization of Hawaiian Nationals per the Statue of Frauds which requires ALL real property transactions to be IN WRITING. Hawaiian Nationals and their LEGAL HEIRS did NOT AUTHORIZE THIS IN WRITING.

Hawaiians and their legal heirs reserve their property rights now and forever.

Without their WRITTEN authorization this feigned deal between and among the Democrat Regime in Hawai'i is NULL AND VOID.
