Lorenzo of 41-1420 Haunaukoi Street, Waimanalo, Hawaii 96795 "MOTION FOR LEAVE OF COURT TO FILE FOR SUMMARY JUDGEMENT, PURSUANT TO THE HAWAII RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE, RULES 12 AND 56;   Oppositions were filed in the case by myself and others against Kahoma, et. als.   Opposition to Windyceslau D. Lorenzo is hereby included in this legal notice.   Questionable Windyceslau D. Lorenzo claims properties belonging to our families, the descendants of Kamehameha's brother Keliimaikai, and I for one question his claim to be part of our Kamehameha families or Keliimaikai's families.   Windyceslau D. Lorenzo has not cleared his record and appears to be unable to legally claim anything at this time.   Our families have been sued by the State of Hawaii over the Crown Lands lien that was filed and Windyceslau D.Lorenzo is not a party to the case.    Additionally, I, Amelia Gora, deny his claim to his residing "on my private lands of the Kamehamehas' in the Ahupuaa of Waimanalo, Oahu" because one of his people named Kawehi Kanui was given Protective Orders for a number of people, which appears to include Windyceslau D. Lorenzo for the area.   It appears that Windyceslau D.Lorenzo pursues fraud on the case, along with the Kahoma attorneys who are not the true title owners of alodio/ano alodio lands.    (3) I, Amelia Gora, hereby Revoke/Rescind the Protective Orders of Kawehi Kanui, for Windyceslau D. Lorenzo.   Reason being the contrary nature of the fact that Windyceslau D. Lorenzo moves in a contrary manner to our families claims, the true families of Kamehameha through his four children:  Kaoleioku (male); Kanekapolei (female); Kalanihelemaiiluna Paki (male); and Kanakaole/Keliikanakaole (male).  Am also a descendant/heir of Keliimaikai, brother of Kamehameha through his great grandchildren:  George Hueu Davis, and Peke Davis, whose last husband was Antonio Sylva - whose name appears on the Kahoma case.   Due to the above issues, Windyceslau D. Lorenzo alone is no longer a part of the Protective Orders from our families, and is released from taking care of our families interests.  Windyceslau D. Lorenzo is on his own, with no support from our families as of this day.   (4) Lastly about Lorenzo:   Word is that Windyceslau D.
