Can what? the opinion of the civic club organized under the territory of hawaii / state of hawaii / usa

  Keanu Sai says that the Apology Resolution passed by the Congress of the United States do not apply. So please explain how then a Resolution passed by the Hawaiian Civic Clubs apply? The Hawaiian Civic Clubs which are part of the American system. The Hawaiian Civic Clubs that do not have the power of a government to make laws. I support the Apology Resolution and the Hawaiian Civic Club Resolution but Mr Sai needs to stop playing with the lives of the Hawaiian Nationals.

Cool read through it and it's a great document. But, need to ask Kai--how solid is this? I use to listen to Hawaiian Civic Clubs aftermath via Kinau Kamalii. Much of what she reported back to the people aligned with the Republican Party--so I really pay too much attention to their political assertions. Just asking of one's opinion.

  I honestly dont know what effect this resolution can have. Is a resolution law? we have that go round. I suspect Keanu is using this one for back up his argument before the court. I hope that the Americans can begin to see that this is not one argument, that it is indeed the facts of the Hawaiian condition.
