I am one of the descendants of Kalola (female) who was the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop who died in 1884.
Affidavit/Lien No. 96-177455 was filed on 12/17/96 (281 pages) and Joinder filed in 2019 by myself, my brother John Gora, and cousin Francis Keoua Gora.
The Allodial /forever title belongs to our family, Royal Family.
We are Kamehameha's descendants in multiples of lines.
According to the rule of law, we have the right to occupy the land parcel at our pleasure.
The Trustees of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop are Not the land owners, are documented as conspirators, are non owners who conveyed lands that they do not own.
Rents can be sent to my P.O. Box 861781 Wahiawa, Oahu, Hawaii 96786.
There has been No Annexation which means you have no jurisdiction.
We are part of the permanent parts of the Hawaiian government, a Monarchy turned Constitutional Monarchy, and are legally royal persons not subject to the laws and our Treaty of 1850 are the Supreme Law of the Land - Article 6 of the U.S. Constitution of 1787.
Rents are expected for our properties.
Kamehameha III did document that if we don't want the building, etc. it shall be removed (at your expense).
Kalola (female) was the stepdaughter of Abner Paki the landowner. Kalola (female) father was Abner Paki's brother named Kalaniulumoku and they were the sons of Kalanihelemaiiluna who was one of the sons of Kamehameha.
Kalola's home was on this parcel Land Commission Award No. 116.
This is a private property of our Royal Family.
Kalola's son was Kahekili/Alapai Kahekili Luluhiwalani who had a son named Ioela whose daughter was Haili and who had Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini who married Joseph Gora and had John Gora (and siblings). John Gora married Mary Castro, another Kamehameha descendants and had Amelia Gora (siblings including my brother John) John Gora's sibling included Francis Gora whose son is Francis Keoua Gora.
As you may already know, Allodial lands cannot be owned by Aliens such as yourselves.
Rents are due. Also we are interested in building on that property soon....December 2020.
