I didn't see this posting, listening to the The Soviet Story, well I am adamant about paying attention to how Waianae will be victums soon.
Did you see the headlines today? Foster Families in decline, I checked the published data to review it's sources and was surpirsed at where and how the data was obtained. To ge the true data one would have to go back many years because the data out of the feds are old data--but not until after the bulk years.
What I am seeing are young youths and no services or bridging for drop outs, or 4140's--the numbers are horrendous. I believe the feature story is because of Maoliworld. I also personally feel Hui Hoomalu is covering their 'adoption' program which wreaks with Human Trafficking.
I have a Ukrain girlfriend that speaks to this documentations tone. I can get into fierce arguments over life in general. She is my swimming partner and too Pono got to meet her.
This documentation is excellent to compare the similarities.
We do need to learn more about what had taken place back then-- I will return to this posting. thanks a bunch
