Let us Review what happened in the time of Queen Liliuokalani:
The following documents/information are evidence of piracy(ies), pillaging, stress, duress, usurpation, coercion, fraud, deceit, racketeering acts, genocide, abuse of the elderly acts upon Queen Liliuokalani, leader of a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation called the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina/He Mokupuni Pae Aina of Hawaii/Hawaiian Islands/Hawaiian archipelago/Hawaii and to foreigners: Sandwich Islands found in research:
Lydia Kamakaʻeha Pākī (adoptive and legal name) was born.
1850 - The Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America was ratified which was also applied to the U.S. Constitution (the first one)
1862 - September 16 - She married John Owen Dominis
1871 - a Secret Constitution, a 2nd Constitution was made by the bankers which changed the U.S.A. to U.S., and the American Empire.

1872 - Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani set up her Trust. She made her hanai/adopted daughter her Trustee and her heirs, descendants of her Trustees body her trustees forever.
1876 - King Kalakaua signed a treaty of Pearl Harbor. King Kalakaua was Not an heir of Kamaikui and Mataio Kekuanaoa who were the land owners of Halawa which included Pearl Harbor.
King Kalakaua signed a Fraud Deed in which he claimed to convey lands to Grace Kamaikui and Mataio Kekuanaoa. Grace Kamaikui died in 1866 and Mataio Kekuanaoa died in 1868.
Note: The issue of Fraud was entered in the Pearl Harbor case in which I asked," how is it possible for King Kalakaua to deed lands to two (2) dead ancesors...Grace Kamaikui died in 1866, and Mataio Kekuanaoa died in 1868?" The attorney for the Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates was reprimanded by the Judge Chang, the law firm dismissed and a new representative law firm entered, the deeds were allowed and Judge Chang was gifted with a Federal Judge seat. Fraud was documented and is documented here for the records as well.
Lydia Kamakaʻeha Pākī became Queen when her brother David Kalakaua/King David Kalakaua died.
1892 - Dr. Mott Smith, Lorrin Thurston, Thomas Akaka (ancestor of former Sen. Daniel Akaka pushing for the Akaka Bill which recognizes Hawaiians as American Indians), Sanford B. Dole, the Masons/Freemasons, et. als. began to conspire against the Queen and the planned, conspiracy of taking over the Hawaiian Kingdom.
1893 - January 9 - Orders from Congress and the President Harrison was made to take over the Hawaiian Islands through the New York Times saying "don't mention the troops".
January 15 - The American military left the ship BOSTON with gatling guns, armed military under orders from Congress, President Benjamin Harrison in Washington, D.C.
January 17 - Queen Liliuokalani was criminally usurped by treasonous persons, Americans who conspired against her and supported by the U.S. operating under the Secret 2nd U.S. Constitution by the bankers.
1897 - Opposition to Annexation by the United States made by Queen Liliuokalani and approximately 40,000 of her subjects. Note: the documents remained hidden until only a few years ago when researchers found part of the Anti Annexation oppositions known as the kue Petitions found by Noenoe Silva, et. als., and Queen Liliuokalani's letters of Oppositions also known as the "red ribbon" document found by Kiliwehi Kekumano.
1898 - Joint Resolution signed; however,
the Joint Resolution of 1898 did not acquire Hawaii as Territory of the United States.
1899 - The United States of America became two (2) nations: The United States, and the American Empire.

1900 - Army, Navy, and Federal officials developed the "Territory".
1912 - In the PA PELEKANE Case, the Attorney General for the Territory of Hawaii, claimed that the "Territory was the successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii."
1915 - Liliuokalani made Queen for a Day - on Flag Day for the Pan Pacific Club/Union. This was also the group that became the Hawaii Tourism Authority.
1917 - Queen Liliuokalani died. Her Will showed her denial that she signed a Trust deed with Iaukea, et. als.
1918 - A "Proposed Call for a Pan-Pacific Conference by the Pan-Pacific Union" as made in February. They outlined 12 points/proposals for their revised charter. Number 5 was the most interesting:
"5. To own real estate or erect buildings needed for housing exhibits, diorams, art galleries, or in taking care of visitors; provided and maintained by the respective local committees."
Note: Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's law stated that lands could Not be sold to the United States, England, France, etc. and he called it the "disabilities" in land ownership in Hawaii.
1929 - INDICES OF AWARDS for the Mahele manipulated the Kingdom of Hawaii's Land System - from Alodio/Ano Alodial and Fee Simple to Aliens/Foreigners as one and the same through the maneuver of words. Example: "alodio in fee simple". The author was former Judge Bailey.
1939 - IN HAWAII A HUNDRED YEARS was written by Helen Gay Pratt, with the help of Miss Bernice Judd, Librarian of the Hawaiian Mission Children's Society, and to Miss Maude Jones, Custodian of the Archives, Mr. Joseph F. Kunesh, Director of the Hawaii Territorial Planning Board, Mr. Thomas Maunupau, Mr. Henry Judd for translations from Hawaiian; the Pan-Pacific Press, the Navy Air Service, and the Army Air Service for supplying photographs; Mr. Orrin W. Robinson, Deputy Superintendent of Public Instruction, Mr. Henry Judd of the University of Hawaii; Mr. Edwin H. Brayan, Jr., and Mr. Kennith Emory of the Bishop Museum; and Mr. Hamilton P. Agee, former Director of the Hawaiian Sugar Planters' Experimental Station.
"This book was prepared especially for use in the schools of Hawaii....Hawaii is more than a beautiful, romantic playground; more than a tourist resort. It is not a foreign country, but a part of the United States."
Note: The contributors to the book IN HAWAII A HUNDRED YEARS are exposed for all to see because you will see some of the names entered in the Judicial Tribunal list of Pirates, Pillagers, Plunderers etc. documented according to Article XIV of the 1849/1850 Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States of America.
