 London's article shows Queen Liliuokalani was to be restored to her throne and a protectorate would be in place.

Mr. Ingersoll, orator, attorney did report correctly that the instructions by U.S. President Cleveland was to Mr. Willis that two (2) letters be conveyed.

(1)  to S.B. Dole

(2)  to Queen Liliuokalani restoring her to her throne.

Also read the articles above because the Provisional government was neither de facto nor de jure did threaten to kill our Queen and her Patriots.
