The following are the amounts due for the occupation of our families properties, which includes the Hawaiian Government lands:
One Million Dollars per acre per month retroactive to 1893 when our Queen Liliuokalani was wrongfully/ criminally dethroned by those who premeditated the takeover of a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation, etc.
Rents and Leases are due in the amount of a million dollars per acre retroactive to 1893 preferably in silver and gold. Our gold bullions, silver, "Coins of the Realm", our Kamehameha Trusts belongs to our families primarily. Rents and Leases are not implied to be costs of sales of lands/real estate because as our lands are not for sale and not to be poisoned, mucked up, etc. Eviction Notices are the outcome of non-payment, failure to assume your documented pirates, pillagers, etc.
Background
The Kamehameha's exists through the following genealogies, which is the basis of our Monarchy Government, turned Constitutional Monarchy which is unlike the American Government:
Kamehameha's oldest son was Kaoleioku who had four (4) children named:
(1) Pauahi - mother of Ruth Keelikolani
(2) Hanuna - father of Kapule; Kini (female); Hookahi(female);
and Poohina (female)
(3) Keola - u.i.
(4) Konia - mother of Bernice Pauahi
I descend from Hanuna. Bernice Pauahi was Not the 'Last of the Kamehameha's' as claimed by Sanford B. Dole who wrote an article in 1874 which appears to have started the lie which was perpetuated by treasonous persons in the Hawaiian Islands and maintained by the United States Congress.
Kaoleioku, Kamehameha's Oldest Son, had sisters:

Kamehameha was recognized to be the King of the Hawaiian Monarchy government which was recognized in 1810, after his Uncle Kalaniopuu and his cousin Kiwalao died.
I, Amelia Gora, am one of the three (3) Kamehameha, Kalaniopuu, Kiwalao's descendants/heirs.
I am also one of the descendants of the Ruling Chief of Hawaii named Kalaniopuu through four (4) of his six (6) children. Kalaniopuu was the Hawaiian Leader in place when Captain James Cook arrived from England. Kiwalao was his son. Kiwalao's daughter Keopuolani married Kamehameha and had Kamehameha II - Liholiho who died in England. They also had Nahienanea, a daughter and Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli - Kamehameha III who signed the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America.

Summary
Rents and Leases are due in the amount of a million dollars per acre retroactive to 1893 preferably in silver and gold. It took more than 26 years of genealogy research to find the hidden lines of the Kamehameha's, which included the discovery of criminal claims, etc. with evidence of genocide, conspiracies, piracy, privateering, privatization activities intended to defraud the true land owners, the Alii, the Alii Nui, revealing genocide activities perpetuated even today.

I, Amelia Gora, was called the "number 1 bitch" by the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/Kamehameha Schools Attorneys in a Court Case years ago.......
There are Four (4) of my ancestors who were in the Probate, Will and Codicils, who I descend from:
1) Kalola (w) next of kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop was my great great great grandmother on my father's genealogy line.
2) Akahi (w) claimed to be an aunt of Bernice Pauahi Bishop but I'm closer because she was my great great great grandmother on my father's genealogy line.
3) Kahakuakoi/Kekualoa/Kaaumoana (w) who was my great great great grandmother on my mother's genealogy line.
Kekualoa (w) was married to Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli and had seven children with him, named Opunui, Kekipi, Mahoe, Keawe, Kahalaoa, Papa and Nalimu. Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli also had two children who died in infancy, a son named Albert Kunuiakea, and four (4) hanai hookama who inherited sovereignty named Alexander Liholiho/ Kamehameha IV; Hueu Davis; Kale Davis; and Peke Davis. Am a descendant of all three Davis's.
Kahakuakoi/Kekualoa/Kaaumoana (w) was the hanai/adopted child of Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Liliuokalani/ Lydia/ Queen Liliuokalani and designated to be the Queen's Trustee. All of her bloodline heirs were also designated to be Queen Liliuokalani's Trustees.
4) Kealohapauole (k)/Keo/George/Keo Sylva/Keo Silva/Keo Silveira was the last husband of Kekualoa/ Kahakuakoi/ Kaaumoana. He was my great great grandfather on my father's genealogy line.
Ruth Keelikolani's heirs included the following ancestors:
Keaka Kaholoaunui/Kahololio (w) was my great great great great grandmother on my mother's genealogy line. Her daughter was John Ii's hanai daughter named Kapehe/Maria Kapehe/Mary Ii.
Kahololio/Kaianui aka's was Keaka Kaholoaunui/Kahololio (w) husband and was my great great grandfather on my father's genealogy line. His daughter was Haili, daughter of Princess Poomaikelani/Kapooloku/Kapapoko/Kapoolohu, hanai daughter of Kahololio/Kaianui aka's grandparents, Kalola (w) listed as number 1) the documented next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop who was NOT the last of the Kamehameha's.
Queen Emma's heirs included her true cousins who became siblings when Dr. TCB Rooke married to Grace Kamaikui adopted her. Grace Kamaikui was the daughter of John Young/Olohana and her first husband was Isaac Davis, the father of their three (3) children: Hueu Davis, Kale Davis, and Peke Davis. The three (3) are my ancestors.
Queen Liliuokalani was the hanai mother of two (2) of my ancestors. Kaaumoana (w)aka's. and Princess Poomaikelani (w) aka's.
Kepaa (k) was the last husband of Akahi (w) my ancestor who inherited the Molokai land/ Molokai Ranch lands from her husband Waha/Wahawela. Their hanai son was Kaluakini (k) my paternal great grandfather.
Abner Paki (k) father of Bernice Pauahi died intestate. Reciprocal beneficiaries included his full brother's children. His brother's name was Kalaniulumoku (k) /Namaile (k) who was the father of Kalola (w) my great great great great grandmother; her siblings: Kaluaikau (w); Alapai (k); Jane Loeau (w) - attended the Royal School; and Abigail Maheha (w) - also attended the Royal School.
The Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop/Kamehameha Schools, et. als. committed treason, conspiracies, piracy, pillaging and have been listed on the list as documented by our Judicial Tribunal and a Legal Notice (s) sent to U.S. President Obama et. als.
