Notice to Comply & Vacate
NOTICE is hereby given to Maui Land and Pineapple Company, Kapalua Land Company,any and all created subsidiaries, companies or entities to Comply and Vacate the following Na Ahupua’a of: Honokohau, Honolua, Honokahua, Napili, Honokeana, Alaeloa and Maipai.
The following manner to Comply and Vacate the above Na Ahupua’a are as follows:
- All undeveloped lands to the above Na Ahupua’a are to be vacated by 12:00 P.M. on November 17, 2009.
- All occupied and developed lands to the above Na Ahupua’a are to be vacated by 12:00 P.M on December 30, 2009.
Public Notice of Bloodline Heritage to Na Ahupua’a are attached with corrected metes and boundaries.
Proof of Service
I, the undersigned, being at least 18 years of age, declare under the penalty of perjury that the above Notice to Comply and Vacate is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
