This is to inform all Kanaka Maoli and Friends including "Protectors" that we maintain a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation.
Protective Orders also known as the Parity Clause
There are Protective Orders in place for all Kanaka Maoli and Friends including "Protectors" who continue to maintain a neutral, friendly, non-violent stance.
As some of you may be aware, Protective Orders were given to more than a thousand kanaka maoli around the islands since 2008 by Amelia Gora, Representative of our Royal Family members made up of Kamehameha's descendants/heirs and successors who voted for officers including myself to support kanaka maoli as the Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs. We began to meet as members of the House of Nobles from the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina.
Members included Kamehameha's descendants, heirs and successors.
Royal Persons - Immunities from a Constitutional Monarchy government
Descendants of Kamehameha, including his heirs, and successors have immunities which has been inherited due to bloodlines, hanai/adopted status from Kamehameha.
Kamehameha had 20+ children found in research. All of their descendants have immunities from arrests, etc.

Cease and Desist About Mauna Kea, etc.
Greetings President Trump,
I am one of Kamehameha's descendants, heirs, and successors through four (4) of his children, six (6) of his stepchildren, and two (2) of his hanai/adopted children, and am one of the owners of the Crown Lands dubbed by conspirators as being ceded lands.
I am one of the overseers of our Government lands which includes Mauna Kea, etc. I am the Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs, one of the members of the House of Nobles, my brother John is our Minister of Interior who is assigned to convey properties of the Hawaiian Government to our kanaka maoli.
We along with other Kamehameha's are the Crown Land owners.
The Deeds of the Crown Lands and Government Lands were found by our Family in the Archives, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.

Background
On my father's side of our family, we descend from Kamehameha's son Kalanihelemaiiluna. He had two sons named Kalaniulumoku and Paki/Abner Paki.
Kalaniulumoku died in 1838 and his brother Paki/Abner Paki took his widow to be one of his wives.
Paki/Abner Paki had Bernice Pauahi/Bernice Pauahi Bishop and hanai/adopted daughter Kaeha/ Kamakaeha/Makaeha/Lydia/Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani.
Paki/Abner Paki's stepchildren were Kalola (female), Kaluaikau (female), Alapai, Abigail Maheha (female) and others.
Kalola (female), a Kamehameha great granddaughter, a descendant/heir married Luluhiwalani, a Kamehameha step grandson. Together they had Kahekili/Alapai Kahekili Luluhiwalani who had Ioela. Together they had hanai/Abigaila/Kapapoko/Kapoolohu/Kapooloku/Poomaikelani/ Princess Poomaikelani, a step great granddaughter of Kamehameha who married Ioela, a descendant of Kamehameha and had Haili (female). Haili (female) a Kamehameha descendant married Kaluakini a Kamehameha descendant through Kamehameha's daughter Kanekapolei. Together they had Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini (siblings) who married Joseph Gora and had John Gora (siblings) who married another Kamehameha descendant/heir named Mary Castro (siblings) and had Amelia Gora, John Francis Gora (and siblings).
Elikapeka Kaimiola Kaluakini share stories of having to hide from conspirators, usurpers, aliens who chased after her families and questioned everyone where the Kamehameha children were.
Grandmother was hidden in a cave in Kona. She was born in Keauhou, Kona, the same place as the birth of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
She was very young and left in a cave for safety. Many people died for not letting the aliens know where they were. Some were taken to Kalaupapa, Molokai, even though they did not have leprosy.
She was taken to Maui, then taken to safety living among the Hawaiian practitioners, the Alii Kahuna.
Our mother Mary Castro (siblings) also had stories about how they were hidden in the heart of town. Her mother was Mary Kauweloa (siblings) descending from Kamehameha through Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, through his son Opunui (siblings) through multiple lines. Their kahu/caretakers included John Ii, and Hawaiian practitioners, the Alii Kahuna.
Our mother's stories includes their hiding in trees, under the house, etc. She and her families had specific areas to hide when aliens visited her grandmother. Her grandmother had eight (8) dogs who were kept as alarms and part of the signal to hide. This was in the 1940's, well after the dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani who was also their hanai/adopted grandmother.
Note: Both mom and dad were descendants of the hanai/adopted children of Queen Liliuokalani's true trustee named Kaaumoana/Kahakuhaakoi/Kekua/Kekualoa.
Mary Kauweloa's mother Mele Keawe/Keawepoo was a Kamehameha descendant, and a Kamehameha hanai/adopted child's descendant named Peke Davis, descendant of Isaac Davis, Grace Kamaikui, daughter of John Young.
Mele Keawe/Keawepoo married her uncle who was also a descendant of Kamehameha, heir of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
Mele Keawe/Keawepoo married William Linekona Hokuloa/Charles William/Charles Kauweloa who was adopted by another Kamehameha descendant who married Kaheki/Alapai Kahekili Luluhiwalani's widow Kahananui. She was also the mother of Ioela.
Ioela was the grandson of Kalola (female) who was the documented next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop who died in 1884.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop with her husband Charles Reed Bishop were documented treasonous persons, and she was Not the "last of the Kamehameha's".

SUMMARY
Kamehameha's heirs and successors exists today, which includes our Families/Royal Family.
We are part of the Hawaiian Government which did not go away.
We are the Crown Land owners, and the overseers of the Hawaiian Government lands.

U.S. Pacific Command Admits to Police Officer “No Treaty of Annexation”

On January 17, 2013 a hearing was held in a foreclosure case, Bank of Hawai‘i v. Keli‘iho‘omalu, in the Circuit Court of Second Circuit in Wailuku, Island of Maui. The Keli‘iho‘omalus filed a motion to dismiss on the grounds that the court does not legally exist and if the case was not dismissed the actions taken by the Court and the Plaintiff would constitute war crimes and they will be reported to the United Nations Human Rights Commission in Geneva, Switzerland.
In their motion, the Keli‘iho‘omalus provided clear evidence of an illegal occupation by the United States and that without a treaty of annexation, the State of Hawai‘i government and its courts are illegal. The Keli‘iho‘malus argued, “This Court cannot claim the Circuit Court of the Second Circuit has subject matter jurisdiction in light of the evidence to the contrary, and if this court disregards the evidence it will be in direct violation of Article 147 of the 1949 Geneva Convention, IV, by willfully depriving the Defendants a fair and regular trial, which is a grave breach and a war crime.”
Attorney Dexter Kaiama provided special appearance for the Keli‘iho‘omalus at the hearing. In addition to the evidence already submitted, Kaiama read into the record a “Declaration of Leland Pa,” a Hawai‘i County police officer that inquired into war crimes committed by Hawai‘i Island Circuit Court Judges Greg Nakamura and Glen S. Hara, and District Court Judge Barbara Takase.
The complaints were filed by Kaiama with the U.S. Pacific Command and the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva, Switzerland, and alleged these judges deprived his clients of their right to a fair and regular trial during occupation, being a war crime under the 1949 Geneva Convention, IV. The basis of the complaints were the 1893 Lili`uokalani assignment and the Restoration Agreement, being international compacts, the 1907 Hague Convention, IV, and the 1949 Geneva Convention, IV, and U.S. Army Field Manual 27-10.
According to the declaration, Pa initiated the inquiry in September 2012 as part of his “duty to identify potentially serious law enforcement and government problems” after obtaining “copies of war crime complaints from the Law Office of Dexter K. Kaiama.” He stated he began the inquiry to see how he would be affected as a police officer and “if it would pose potential problems for law enforcement and government officials.”
At 10:30 p.m., November 6, 2012, Pa called the ”Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Human Rights Council Branch-Complaint Procedure Unit. United Nations Office at Geneva” and that a spokesperson confirmed they are in receipt of the complaints but could not provide any more assistance. Pa stated the spokesperson recommended that he “contact U.S. departments that deal with war crime complaints.”
On November 8, 2012, at 9:30 a.m., Pa called the headquarters of the U.S. Pacific Command at Camp Smith, Island of O‘ahu, and spoke with Ronald Winfrey, Principal Deputy Staff Judge Advocate. Pa informed Winfrey of his concerns and how these complaints could affect his duties as a police officer. When asked about the complaints from Kaiama, Winfrey stated “he knows those complaints because out of all the complaints he has read those are the most precise and clear.”
Pa stated that as he “began discussing the basis of the complaints such as no treaty of annexation, Mr. Winfrey candidly and without hesitation said, ‘Oh yes, there is no treaty.’” According to Pa, Winfrey attempted to ease Pa’s concerns about the implications of war crimes by stating that U.S. Courts will not hear these cases because they would be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Pa then asked Winfrey to respond to his questions.
“Since there is no treaty, can the unresolved issues of the executive agreements and Hawaii’s occupation get resolved by a U.S. Court in the future?” Winfrey “stated that is possible.”
“If a U.S. Court should find in favor of plaintiff’s claim regarding the executive agreements and Hawai‘i’s occupation, then the prosecution of said War Crimes would come into play?” Winfrey “stated that is possible.”
“Since there is no treaty, the plaintiff does not need a U.S. court ruling? The Plaintiff could get these issues resolved in an International venue and then prosecution of war crimes would come into play?” Winfrey “stated that is possible.”
Pa informed Winfrey that as a police officer he swore “an oath to uphold the laws and constitution of the United States. Article 6, clause 2 of the U.S. constitution declares that treaties, which includes executive agreements, are the supreme law of the land. Because there is no treaty of annexation we are faced with a difficult situation, which needs clarification and I find it necessary to notify my superiors.”
Pa’s telephone conversation with Winfrey took place before the Hawaiian Kingdomacceded to the International Criminal Court (ICC) on December 10, 2012 and beginning on March 4, 2013 the ICC can begin the investigation of war crimes committed within Hawaiian territory. After March 4, 2013, the U.S. Pacific Command will also be subject to investigation and prosecution by the ICC.

"VI. Conclusion:
The United States Department of Interior has come to Hawaii basically asking how it can help in establishing a government to government relationship with the Hawaiian people. It can “help” by first acknowledging and admitting certain truths:
First, Hawaii was a state in international law and had a government to government relationship with the United States---as equal states under the law of nations.
Second, the United States enacted congressional legislation that it claimed acquired the Hawaiian Islands as territory of the United States. This is false and the United States has admitted this in two key sections of its laws as to Hawaii: Sections two of the Organic Act and the Act of Admission. Both acts explicitly exclude the Hawaiian Islands from the territory of the United States and the State of Hawaii.
Third, the Department of Interior comes here today to seek advice as to rules that would ignore these truths and supposedly re-establish a government to government relationship with the Native Hawaiian people with Native Hawaiians as a subjugated community, not independent and not equal to the United States.
In essence, the Department of Interior asks us to help them draft rules by which we, as Native Hawaiians go backwards, ignore the existence of the Kingdom of Hawaii, ignore, the failure of the United States to acquire the Hawaiian Islands, ignore the effective occupation of the Hawaiian Islands by the United States, and give them our stamp of approval for what they have done to us over the past 120 years.
Perhaps we were ignorant of the truth for the past 120 years. Perhaps we have forgotten and now only now remember what our kupuna in the Kue petitions fought for and won. Yet, today we have a new generation of scholars and leaders. We have learned of the tricks and the lies, and the misrepresentations. If the future of Hawaii must begin sometime, and someplace, it shall begin here. We are not an Indian tribe, and we don’t want to be “recognized” as one by the
