My name is Richard Pomaikaiokalani Kinney. I am here today to testify as a Hawaiian National. I “OPPOSE” the passage of CR-19 Resolution 11-7, CD1.
Hawaiian Nationals and the people of Hawaii can not afford the building of the Rail. The future cost of maintaining the Rail will be unbearable.
As a Hawaiian National my main concern is the disruption of the Iwi of Hawaiian Nationals. The disruption of the Iwi of Hawaiian Nationals of the past and present that needs to be put on a STOP.
Hawaiian Nationals are at a New Day in correcting the wrongs of the past since that “Day of Infamy” on January 16, 1893. Hawaiian Nationals no long will remain at home and allow the future desecrations of what is culturally Hawaii.

The Stage is Set. Hawaiian Nationals will be at the Honolulu City Council tomorrow, Wednesday. There many will be giving testimonies to STOP THE RAIL.
