Someone is lying. According to Obama's Kenyan (paternal) grandmother, as well as his half-brother and half-sister, Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya, not in Hawaii as the Democratic candidate for president claims. His grandmother bragged that her grandson is about to be President of the United States and is so proud because she was present DURING HIS BIRTH IN KENYA, in the delivery room. -This, according to several news sites and Pennsylvania attorney Philip J. Berg (see video below) who is, surprisingly, a life long democrat himself. Berg is the former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania, and he has an impressive background in his activities as a democrat, but his support for the party seemingly stops when it comes to his trust in Barack Hussein Obama.
Many U.S. voters are suspicious of the Democratic candidate's past, and Berg filed a lawsuit to force Barack Hussein Obama to produce a certified copy of his original birth certificate to prove that he can run for the office of President of the United States. However, he is being fought. The DNC On Sept. 24 filed a motion to dismiss the Berg action. Why? What is there to hide? Why not produce the original birth certificate and be done with all the suspicions against Barack Hussein Obama?
A few months back, a birth certificate WAS posted on the internet which shows that Obama was born in Hawaii. Yet some say this birth certificate is a forgery and again, his grandmother states that she was present at the birth, in Kenya. So what is the truth?
One explanation is that Obama's mother Ann Dunham, flew to Kenya in 1961 with Obama's father to meet his family. According to
some news reports, Ann Dunham, was not accepted well by her husband's family because she was white:
"Obama's family did not take to Stanley Ann Dunham Obama very well, because she was white, according to Sarah Obama. Shortly after she arrived in Kenya Stanley Ann decided to return to Hawaii because she later said, she did not like how Muslim men treated their wives in Kenya. However, because she was near term the airline would not let her fly until after the birth of her baby. Obama's grandmother said the baby—Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.—was born in Kenya and that shortly after he was born, Stanley Ann returned to Hawaii."
However, by the time she wanted to leave Kenya, it was during the late stages of her pregnancy. She was not able to board a plane because the airlines wouldn't allow women so close to birth to fly. It is instead believed, that Barack Hussein Obama was born in Kenya as his grandmother apparently stated. Then, after he was born, his mother returned with him to Hawaii where his birth was REGISTERED on or about August 8th, 1961, in the public records office in Hawaii.
There is also a discrepancy in what hospital Barack Hussein Obama was born in, even if he was born in Hawaii. Reports by his own sister in two separate interviews state that he was born at
two different hospitals -- Kapiolani Hospital and Queens Hospital--in Honolulu.
The
Times Herald even reports: "the senator's grandmother, brother and sister, who live in Kenya, believe they were present during Obama's birth in the African country." Here, the Times Herald uses the word that his family 'believe' he was born in Kenya (perhaps to avoid possible law suits by Obama's Truth Squad?).

I myself, not wanting to believe what I see, did some searching around, and this is what I came up with:
Obama was born on August 4, 1961, at the Kapiolani Medical Center.
and here it says:
Barack Obama was born at the Queen's Medical Center on 4 August 1961.
So which hospital was it, or was he really born in Kenya? And why is this simple matter so confusing and disturbing? Do the search your self and plug in these key words:
Obama born Queen's Medical Center and then Obama born Kapiolani Medical Center in a Google search. You will see he is reported to be born in two diferent hospitals. A miracle! Maybe he IS the Messiah (grin).
What's so hard about knowing something so simple as which hospital or country someone was born in? And if it is simple, then why doesn't Barack Hussein Obama just present the court with his original birth certificate to be analysed and proven? The onus of proof is on him, not the American public of which he wants their trust in him to be their leader.
So, who is lying? Barack? His grandmother? His sister? Someone is.

Under the Constitution of the United States, all candidates for the office of the President has to be born in the STATES of the United States.
If Obama was born in Kenya, he is in violation of the Constitution of the United States!
If Obama was born in Hawaii, he was born in Occupied Hawaii!
If Obama was born in Hawaii, where was he born at, Kapiolani or Queen's Hospital?
Is Obama Pono about being born in Hawaii?
Obama needs to settle this issue with his Real Birth Certificate! Not the present State of Hawaii Birth Certificate that is not the root of his Birth!

US billionaire property developer Donald Trump is still taking issue with President Obama's birth certificate and maintains that he is unqualified to be president of the United States. "The Donald" just can't seem to get past the "birther" issue.
On MSNBC's Morning Joe yesterday the real-estate tycoon took on Donny Deutch and Willie Geist and bullishly proclaimed that he's never been more serious about running for president. Turning his attention to the issue of Obama's birth certificate he sought to explain what he believes to be President Obama's lack of US citizenship.
"I have to say, if this were Bush or somebody else, he would have been run out of office for this," he said on MSNBC. "His grandmother in Kenya said, 'Oh no, he was born in Kenya and I was there and witnessed his birth.' Now she's on tape and I think that's going to be produced fairly soon."
Obama has already posted his birth certificate on the Internet and his supporters said it wsould be virtually impossible to smuggle an infant from Africa into the United States undetected and unrecorded. Still, Trump said he's launched a team of investigators in Hawaii to disprove the president's US birthplace and certificate. Trump says there is no record in any Hawaian hospital of Obama's birth and that this issue must be brought to the attention of citizens of the United States. Trump has gone so far as to produce his own birth certificate and records from the hospital he was born, which is located in Queens, Jamaica New York.
After subsequently asserting that Obama would shoulder the blame should the government shut down due to a failure to strike a budget compromise, Trump clarified: "Listen, I want him to do well. If I had my choice of having Obama do great as a president and do a really great job for this country and not having to run as opposed to having to run, I'd prefer that he did a great job.
"But I love this country, and this country is going to hell," he concluded.
Trump is showing his first real surge among Americans who apparently think he's serious about running. In a Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll out this week, Trump tied for second at 17 per cent with former Arkansas Gov Mike Huckabee, behind former Massachusetts Gov Mitt Romney, who received 21 per cent.
But for Trump, it wasn't enough. "I thought I was going to do much better than that," he said. "I don't like being second."
The poll was conducted between March 31 and April 4 among 1,000 adults. The margin of error is plus or minus 3.1 percentage points.
There can be no doubt that Trump in gaining traction and is striking an accord with Americans. He has yet to announce his canidacy to contest the 2012 Presidential election, saying he will make a decision by June of this year.

WASHINGTON -- Real estate tycoon Donald Trump said Thursday he hopes questions surrounding Barack Obama's U.S. citizenship won't be the defining issue if he's chosen as the Republican candidate to challenge the president's re-election.
Trump told NBC News in an interview that plans to decide by June whether to run. He said that if he's nominated, "I'd like to beat him straight up," not on the basis of the birth issue.
A national NBC/WSJ poll released yesterday shows Trump tied for 2nd with Mike Huckabee in the 2012 GOP primary field at 17 percent (Mitt Romney leads the pack at 21 percent). NBC further notes,
Trump said he didn't introduce the citizenship issue, but was asked about it during an interview a month ago. Since then, he said he's looked into it and believes "there is a big possibility" Obama may have violated the Constitution.
"I want to see the birth certificate," said Trump in an interview on NBC's "Today" show, according to TIME. " How come his own family doesn't know which hospital he was born in? How come-- forget about birth certificates. Let's say there's no birth certificate. How come in the hospital itself, okay? This is one of the...in the hospital itself, there's no records of his birth. In other words, it doesn't say how much they paid, where is the doctor, here's your room bill."
Officials in Hawaii have certified that Obama was born in that state. But "birthers" have demanded additional proof, asserting he could have been born in Kenya. "I'm not convinced that he has one," Trump said of the birth certificate issue.
"Today" show host Meredith Vieira asked Trump, "You've been privy to all of this to know this?" His response: "Well, I have people that actually have been studying it and they cannot believe what they're talking."

Fox News, Bill O’Reilly, Glenn Beck and others have done their best to avoid covering Obama’s eligibility issues and when they have covered anything to do with it they have done so in a biased, protect Obama manner. There have been several significant news items about Obama’s eligibility recently.
Last year, Tim Adams, a Hawaii Elections Clerk in 2008, came out with the following statements.
On January 20, 2011, Tim Adams signed an affidavit attesting to the fact that there was no birth certificate for Obama in Hawaii in 2008.
“1. I was employed at the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division from May 2008 through September 2008.
2. My position at the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division was Senior Elections Clerk.
3. My responsibilities were to oversee the activities of the Absentee Ballot Office.
4. During the course of my employment, I became aware that many requests were being made to the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division, the Hawaii Office of Elections, and the Hawaii Department of Health from around the country to obtain a copy of then-Senator Barack Obama’s long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate.
5. Senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division told me on multiple occasions that no Hawaii long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Senator Obama in the Hawaii Department of Health and there was no record that any such document had ever been on file in the Hawaii Department of Health or any other branch or department of the Hawaii government.
6. Senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division further told me on multiple occasions that Hawaii State government officials had made inquires about Sen. Obama’s birth records to officials at Queens Medical Center and Kapi’olani Medical Center in Honolulu and that neither hospital had any record of Senator Obama having been born there, even though Governor Abercrombie is now asserting and various Hawaii government officials continue to assert Barack Obama, Jr. was born at Kapi’olani Medical Center on Aug.4 ,1961.
7. During the course of my employment, I came to understand that for political reasons, various officials in the govemment of Hawaii, including then-Governor Linda Lingle and various officials of the Hawaii Department of Health, including Dr. Chiyome Fukino, the director of the Hawaii Department of Health, were making representations that Senator Obama was born in Hawaii, even though no govemment official in Hawaii could find a long-form birth certificate for Senator Obama that had been issued by a Hawaii hospital at the time of his birth.
8. During the course of my employment, I was told by senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division to stop inquiring about Senator Obama’s Hawaii birth records, even though it was common knowledge among my fellow employees that no Hawaii long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Senator Obama.”

I could find no reference to the Tim Adams affidavit on Fox News or TheBlaze.com. Instead this article was presented, in what appears to be another unfair and unbalanced attempt by Fox to discredit challengers of Obama’s eligibility.

“A celebrity journalist now claims he misspoke when he said last week that Hawaii’s governor told him he was unable to find President Barack Obama’s original birth certificate after a search of state and hospital archives.
Mike Evans told FoxNews.com on Wednesday he was remorseful and embarrassed that he appeared to have given the impression that he had discussed the search for Obama’s birth certificate with Hawaii Gov. Neil Abercrombie.
Evans, who says he has been a close friend of Abercrombie since the 1980s, appeared on Minnesota’s KQRS radio last week and said he’d been told by the governor himself that Obama’s birth certificate was nowhere to be found. Evans told KQRS on Jan. 20:
“Yesterday, talking to Neil’s office, Neil says that he searched everywhere using his powers as governor ….. there is no Barack Obama birth certificate in Hawaii. Absolutely no proof at all that he was born in Hawaii.”
But that’s no longer Evans’ story.
“Only this I can you tell you is 100 percent fact: that Neil never told me there was no birth certificate,” Evans told Fox News. “I never talked to him.”
Last week’s radio interview was part of Evans’ syndicated five-minute feature, “On the Road with Mike Evans,” which is broadcast on 34 stations across the country each morning.
On the morning of Jan. 20, Evans says he accidentally told one of those radio stations — KQRS — that he’d spoken directly with Gov. Abercrombie about the Obama birth certificate.”

It's sad when those trying so hard to discredit a person or human. It does not matter where he was born his mother is a citizen of U. S. and his grandparent is a citizen of U.S. he was raise by his mother and grandparent.
He was raise in Hawai'i through his adult hood, it that mean the people in U.S. saying he is illegal to run because Hawai'i is not part of a U.S.
Wheather he was born in Kenya or Hawai'i it does not matter. IT'S ALL ABOUT HAWAI'I
