After the passage of the Hawaiian Homes Commision Act of 1921 it is the United States and the FAKE State who has benefitted greatly! Not the native Hawaiians.
Thru the years I and many people have lobbied the Congress and the Legislature to Implement the Intent of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act.
Today, more non-native Hawaiians occupied Hawaiian Homelands then native Hawaiians!
Every native Hawaiian should be given a Homestead "Paid In Full" with an Apology Letter signed by President Obama!
As the United States and the FAKE State has RIPPED OFF the native Hawaiian beneficiares of the Hawaiian Homes Commission so GREATLY!
That it should be looked at as a "Crime Against Humanitites" of the native Hawaiian People!

Yes! And I think Hawaiian Homelands. a USA/State program, is a crumb from the stolen cookie bag...and ploy and land grab, as Hawaiians have to declare they have no interest in any other lands (contrary to the mahele and ohana/Hawaiian land deeds) and have to qualify based on race (prohibitive to many Hawaiian families) AND have to qualify for a mortgage... AND have to abide by the rules of the HHL commission as dictated by a State Agency. Deoccupation is the only solution to bring balance and justice back. This issue will be discussed specifically at the Human Rights Commission at the United Nations this week. I, too, believe it IS a crime against humanity of the Hawaiian Nation.
