KE KAU PONO`OLE ( THE GIRDING OF UNRIGHTEOUSNESS)
The Kahu and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Kawaiaha'o Church will be holding a press conference tomorrow at the church after a congregational meeting. It is important that we be at the church to hear what they have to say and also to continue our protest against the hewa that is being done. The Office of Hawaiian Affairs has told us that digging up of our iwi kupuna would stop for next week but cannot put all/any of our trust in them and definitely none with the church. The kahu quoted the deed of Kamehameha III in this morning's paper “Those people whose form of worship and whose doctrine are unlike those of this ecclesiastical body have no stake in this house and in these premises.”
The church has removed its “ecclesiastical body” from under Christ Jesus and has placed itself under the United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a government controlled corporate entity no longer remaining independent as required by the conditions of the “deed”. The “ecclesiastical members” were to “hold this house onto themselves forever...” They have not. The “members” have placed the “STONE HOUSE OF WORSHIP” and its “premises” under a Board of Directors and IRS by converting to a 501c3 corporation; a proven anti-Christ and anti-God government entity. The church has violated the “DEED” of gifting from Kamehameha III. Furthermore, there is nothing in the “deed” giving anyone permission to desecrate any burials. Kamehameha would never allow it for many of his 'ohana are buried in that cemetery who were not members of the church.
Church service begins at 9am. Would like to stage protest with sign-holding, oli, speeches when the press arrives.
MEET SUNDAY FEBRUARY 27 AT 7:30am
AT THE AHU ON THE GROUNDS OF THE `IOLANI PALACE
BRING SIGNS OF PROTEST
We will all walk over to Kawaiaha'o at 8:00am so we can be in place when the congregation and press arrive for service. Bring water, hat; could get very hot. We will stay outside on the sidewalk on King and Punchbowl Streets with our signs. This is not to say that we cannot be on the church premises without signs.
