The Hawaiian Blood Quantum of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act was Forced upon the Kanaka Maoli people by the political actions of the Territory of Hawaii and the United States. When the Act was passed in 1921 the Blood Quantum was not much of a problem with the Kanaka Maoli people. Since many of the Kanaka Maoli people qualified with the Blood Quantum of the Act that defines who is a native Hawaiian.
In today's and the future revival of the Hawaiian Kingdom nation, the Blood Quantum is Out Dated. In fact the Blood Quantum of the Act descriminates native Hawaiians against Hawaiians. Those of the Kanaka Maoli who by Blood Quantum are Forced out the the Hawaiian Homes programs.
The Blood Quantum has been used politically by the State of Hawaii and the United States
to control the Kanaka Maoli people. Controlling the Kanaka Maoli people in all areas against their will as the Indigenous Native people of Hawaiian Kingdom nation of Queen Liliuokalani.
It is Genealogy that should define who is a native Hawaiian. Queen Liliuokalani was Queen because of her Genealogy. Not her Blood Quantum.

The "Blood Quantum" has been used to deny the Kanaka Maoli people their birth right as the Indigenous people of the Hawaiian Kingdom nation of Queen Liliuokalani. The Trust Concept of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act is based on the Trust Concept of the laws of the Hawaiian Kingdom nation, not American Laws. The rights of the Kanaka Maoli is based on the laws of the Hawaiian Kingdom nation.
There are those native Hawaiians of the Homestad who has used to the Blood Quantum as a Political Whore. Benefitting not the native Hawaiian people as a whole. But using the Blood Quantum as a "LuLu Bell" to benefit their own causes. Never questioning their Leaders up front.
To them it does not matter that most native Hawaiian of the Blood Quantum Die on the Waitting. After all it's more homestead lands for their Causes.
To them it does not matter that the They and the Blood Quantum has denied many native Hawaiians their Birth Right as the Indigenous people of the Hawaiian Kingdom nation of Queen Liliuokalani and Prince Kuhio.
To them all that matters is that they got their Homestead. The Hell with the rest of those who continue to Die on the Waiiting List.

For me, the Kingdom is here. As I live in the Occupied Hawaii. I am a prisioner in my own country. Ever day of my life I am forced to defend my rights as a Hawaiian Kingdom National Royalist under the laws of the Hawaiian Kingdom nation of Queen Liliuokalani.
The greatest threat to my rights as a Hawaiian Kingdom National Royalist comes from my own family, friends and native Hawaiians who are of the Blood Quantum of the Hawaiian Homes Commission Act. My own family, friends and native Hawaiians who support the continuation of the Occupation of the Hawaiian Kingdom nation of Queen Liliuokalani by the United States. Who supports the AKaKa BILL.
Who Turns their Backs on the Kaona that is in "Kaulana Na Pua O Hawaii." That once more United States is coming to our people with another Greedy Document to sign away the rights of our people of today. A "Greedy Document" like the AKaKa BILL that many of the leaders of the Hawaiian people are in support.
