Aloha kakou, he Hawaii au,

To those who can meet Saturday May 7 , 2011 10:00AM at Blaisdell Park (Waimalu). we kahea!

We must realize the next 6 months is crucial to Hawaiian Nationals and will be discussing strategy for action. The Fake State Legislature is suppose to adjourn this Thursday but anything is possible in hula-hula land. The new Akaka legislation has everything it needs except being pono. OHA will fund this with full force to shove down the throats of all people even though such legislation does not muster Constitutional reckoning.

OHA and pro-Akaka Legislators like Hee and Solomon will kahea to circle the wagons to call upon the Hawaiian community to get behind them and stand as Nation. This is just another trick but without a T-shirt after all the economy is down..

We are  not doing a potluck. I suggest if you hungry, eat first or It may be your good luck to sit next to someone who looks like they like to eat for they usually get something in their pocket. But I will bring a cooler of bottle water. Bring your mana,o and pu'uwai.

Please keep anakala Pomai in your pule.

malama I ka pono,
pilipo

  • e Maria,

I'm sure if the AKaKa BILL is passed in Congress or at the State Level a Law Suit mostly will be filed.  But by those who are against any rights for Hawaiians.

As a Hawaiian National I have moved passed the AKaKa BILL issue!  Knowing and understanding that the AKaKa BILL is in violation of the Constitution of the United States!   That the Constitution of the United States does not allow the Congress to recongize "Hawaiian Nationals" as Native Americans.

Notice that I use the term "Hawaiian Nationals" not Native Hawaiians!   Since under the Constitution of the Hawaiian Kingdom not only the Native Indigenous Hawaiians were Hawaiian Nationals, but many people other then the Native Indigenous Hawaiians were also Hawaiian Nationals of the Kingdom of Hawaii.

The only way that the Congress of the United States can recognize the Hawaiian Nationals of the Kingdom of Hawaii is as a Independant nation!

  • In the event this passes...is a lawsuit ready to be filed?
