On Monday, January 3, 2011, I, Amelia Gora, made a call to one Gregg Takayama, Director of Community and Government Affairs (808) 956-9836........and he told me to write it in a leltter or send an e-mail.

This e-mail hereby verifies that I, Amelia Gora, am pursuing the claims to the pirated cultural item in the possession of the University of Hawaii at Manoa which "meets the definition of unassociated funerary object under 25 U.S.C. 3001", the kapa which was "included in the book ("Hawaiian Kapas:  Rodman collection, from Kahua, Kohala,) were removed from the Hawaiian burial caves and thus, may be considered unassociated funerary objects as defined by NAGPRA."

I have two (2) claims to be entered:

1.  Amelia Gora, a Royal person, and a living, human being.

2.  Amelia Gora, a Royal person, a living, human being, one of the Representatives of the Hawaiian Genealogy Society, one of the Kawaihae Cave Complex Claimants as documented with the Bishop Museum.  (see most recent letter from the Bishop Museum, dated December 3, 2010, from Timothy E. Johns, President & CEO and the referral to your letter, University of Hawaii at Manoa letter).

Sincerely,

Amelia Gora, a Royal person, a living human being

P.S. recorded this letter with the Hawaiian Kingdom Records No. 2011-0001
