Charles Reed Bishop who was married to Bernice Pauahi Bishop promoted Falsehoods in claiming that Bernice Pauahi was the "last of the Kamehameha's" and promoted a dubious claim that she had owned all the lands of the Kamehameha's etc.
A banker, plantation owner, business owner, he lived well past the death of Bernice Pauahi Bishop in 1884.
Having his dower interest in mind, he maintained an interest in the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Charles Reed Bishop - a Treasonous Person was owed nothing/legally entitled to nothing
In supporting the usurpers of the Queen in 1893, he lost all interest.

Bishop was in collusion with the usurpers and therefore a documented conspirator and was guilty.
When Bernice Pauahi Bishop died in 1884, she had no lands to convey. No lands were under her name. Kamamalu et. als. name was on title, allodial, superior, paramount title.
The monies obtained as income from rents would have been hers which could be invested in the schools that was planned.
Her husband Charles Reed Bishop, had he not supported the usurpers, would have had the use of lands up to his death date of 1915.
He was entitled to only a life interest in the estate.
He too could only use monies obtained as income from rents which could be invested in his interests and that right ended upon his death.
All of the Alii lands belongs to the Royal Family's, the descendants of Kalola (w) the documented next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop who was also a stepsister, and Queen Liliuokalani who was a hanai/adopted sister.
Charles Reed Bishop left for California in 1894 and became the Assistant Bank of California Vice President until his death in 1915.
Charles Reed Bishop no longer owned any interest in lands.
Rents are due from the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi and Charles Reed Bishop for usage of lands from 1884 through present time 2020.
The Trustees of both Trusts - Estate of Bernice Pauahi and Charles Reed Bishop owes Billions of Dollars retroactive to 1884.
The Lands - Claimed by Bernice Pauahi BUT She Was Not the Only Heir:
* Kamamalu
Discussion: Kamamalu was not married. Her father Kekuanaoa was an heir. Her siblings: Paalua; Ruth Keelikolani; David Kamehameha; Moses Kekuaiwa; Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V; Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV; stepsiblings: John Kapena; Sam Kapena; Umiokalani (w). Additional siblings: all of Kamehameha's children, stepchildren, and hanai/adopted children including Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Note: Kamamalu's father had married Pauahi who was one of the wives of Kamehameha II - Liholiho. This meant that Kekuanaoa, father of Kamamalu had also becom stepfather to all of the Kamehameha's children, stepchildren, and hanai/adopted children including Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Meaning: There are legally, many heirs to Kamamalu whose father Kekuanaoa's marriage to Pauahi a widow of Kamehameha II - Liholiho made him a stepfather to all of Kamehameha II - Liholiho and Kamehameha's widows and their 20 children, 15 stepchildren, and their 3 hanai/adopted children.
Also, Kamamalu had a hanai/sister Kapehe who was living with John Ii and his wife Sarai Hiwauli. Sarai Hiwauli was also the mother of Timoteo Haalilio, Levi Haalelea, and Kahuakaiola/ Kahuakailoa. Kamamalu had one (1) documented hanai/adopted sibling.
Kekuanaoa's Family included his own 7 children and 3 stepchildren which made a total of 7 children, 38 stephildren, and 5 hanai/adopted children which included Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
(Note: not listed Kalanimoku married Keopuolani - Kalanimoku had son Leleiohoku; stepchildren: Kamehameha II - Liholiho, Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli; Nahienaena; hanai/ adopted daughter Kekauonohi who was married to Kamehameha II - Liholiho; Kealiiahonui; Charles Kanaina; and Levi Haalelea - meaning: all of Kamehameha's children; stepchildren; and hanai/adopted children were also part of Kekuanaoa's Family)
Kamehameha II - Liholiho - had 7 wives. His wife Kekauluohi/Auhea was one of the widows of Kamehameha, his father. Kekauluohi/Auhea connected the Kamehameha Family.
(Note: not listed - Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli - had 4 wives. He had 10 children - Keawe, Keawe 2, Albert Kunuiakea, Opunui, Kekipi, Kahalaoa, Keawe, Mahoe, Papa, Nalimu)
* Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho - had a son who died.
*Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha - had no children.
* Mataio Kekuanaoa -was designated the only heir by alien judges.
Kekuanaoa's Family included his own 7 children and 3 stepchildren which made a total of 7 children, 35 stephildren, and 4 hanai/adopted children which included Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
He was declared to be the only heir of Victoria Kamamalu.
* Princess Ruth
She declared that Bernice Pauahi was her heir. Other issues remained with Ruth Keelikolani because she was not the only heir to her husband Leleiohoku. She lost interest in her husband's lands when she married Isaac Young Davis.
Princess Ruth was one of Kamehameha's descendants. Other descendants existed who also owned the Allodial lands.
Her father Kekuanaoa's Family included his own 7 children and 3 stepchildren which made a total of 7 children, 35 stephildren, and 4 hanai/adopted children which included Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Kekuanaoa died in 1868.
Princess Ruth died in 1883.
Bernice Pauahi died a year after Princess Ruth or 1884.
SUMMARY
Bernice Pauahi Bishop was Not the only owner of the Alii lands in the Hawaiian Islands.
Charles Reed Bishop, if he was not a treasonous person, was entitled to a life interest for his dower interest in the lands.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop could not convey interest in lands that was no longer hers after she died.
The Allodial lands reverted to the other Kamehameha's including Kalola's descendants.
Kalola had signed her interest in Kalanimoku's lands to King David Kalakaua.
Kalola died in 1886 and her interest went to her descendants. In other words, the deed to King David Kalakaua ended when Kalola died. She had two (2) children: Kahekili and hanai/adopted daughter Kapooloku/ Kapooloku/Kapapapoko/Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani.
Her son Kahekili was married to Kahananui and they had son Ioela.
Kahekili had entered a Probate for Kuakamauna who was a brother of his great grandfather. They were Kamehameha's descendants.
Bernice Pauahi did not enter the court case even though her name was mentioned.
In 1874, Sanford B. Dole began writing articles claiming that Bernice Pauahi was the "last of the Kamehameha's" etc.
In 1886, Kalola died leaving her family members who were also heirs of the Royal Family's lands.
In 1894, Charles Reed Bishop left Hawaii to be the Assistant banker for the Bank of California.
Charles Reed Bishop, if not treasonous, was entitled to a Dower interest in the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Charles Reed Bishop died in 1915.
The Estates of Bernice Pauahi Bishop, and Charles Reed Bishop Trustees could no longer use the Royal Family's lands because they were not the Allodial Title owners/the Forever Title owners.
Rents are due at the rate of $50,000 in gold coin per acre for the Royal Family's land use.

The importance of this article is that Abner Paki is shown to be a Kamehameha. , his full name included his parents names: Kalanihelemaiiluna Kuhooheiheipahu.....and Kamehameha IV announced his decease adding "his widow and children".
