Pirate Eyes on Hawaii and Rents Due: Royal Patents Not for Aliens which includes the Missionaries; A Missionary History 1820 to 1870; Rents Due for Ahupuaa of Moanalua
Review by Amelia Gora (2020)
Royal Patents conveyed by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli was Not for Aliens. Aliens had only Fee Simple or Lease lands assigned to them.
Notice how the Missionaries did move to claim what they could never own in 1870.
In 1893, when the missionaries helped to dethrone Queen Liliuokalani, they continued the falsehood that they owned lands that they could Never own, were only Fee Simple or Lease Lands which had a maximum time of 30 years per assigned land.
Only kanaka maoli were conveyed Allodial lands or forever lands by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
The writer of the article below shared an interesting history of the Kamehameha Dynasty but the most important frauds shown is the part of the lands which Damon claims is Royal Patents.
The following is the Evidence which is shown in the Speech of 1851:
The missionary Samuel Damon gives themselves too much credit in claiming that they played a major role in the set up of the Kamehameha Dynasty when they arrived shortly after Kamehameha died in 1820.
Kamehameha was already recognized as a King and having a Monarchy government since 1810 or 10 years before the criminal missionaries/mercenaries arrived in the Hawaiian Islands.
Samuel Damon was criminally given Allodial lands by Pirates of the Pacific: Charles Reed Bishop who married Bernice Pauahi who was not the "last of the Kamehameha's".
The Samuel Damon heirs owes monies for rent which amounts to $100,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1884, the year that treasonous documented Bernice Pauahi Bishop died.
The land owners of the Ahupuaa of Moanalua belongs to some of the Kamehameha's Family whose ancestor, one of the owners, were chased into the deep mountains by the missionaries who are Not the land owners.
One of the owners was part of our House of Nobles named Helelani Rabago.
The following is proof of her claims for some of their properties on record heard in the court of the entity State of Hawaii that has No Jurisdiction because there was No Annexation.
