"Perfect Title"

Perfect Title is land that is free of encumbrances, without liens and free and clear. The State claims this in the Crown Lands, which are Allodial. "Allodial title is a concept in some systems of property law. It describes a situation where real property (land, buildings and fixtures) is owned free and clear of any encumbrances, including liens, mortgages and tax obligations. Allodial title is inalienable, in that it cannot be taken by any operation of law for any reason whatsoever." "In common legal use, allodial title is used to distinguish absolute ownership of land by individuals from feudal ownership, where property ownership is dependent on relationship to a lord or the sovereign. Webster's first dictionary (1825 ed) says allodium is "land which is absolute property of the owner, real estate held in absolute independence, without being subject to any rent, service, or acknowledgement to a superior. It is thus opposed to feud." "Some of the Commonwealth realms (particularly Australia) recognize native title, a form of allodial title that does not originate from a Crown grant. " This the meaning of the Vineyard of Naboth, the land given from Ke Akua to the generations in perpetuity. The holder themselves can not convey anything but a lease, being essentially tenants to God and obligated to the coming generations. So do you think OHA and the State of Hawaii can succeed in claiming "Perfect Title" on Hawaiian Allodial lands?

Specifically inserted rights of native tenants because realizing that the farmers and fishermen were the backbone of the Kingdom and the Hawaiian society. It was very important for him to preserve Hawai'i as an autonomous nation. He had to combat the mentality of the onslaught of predatory foreigners of the Western World who lived by the doctrines of manifest destiny. Sadly, these foreigners still think like they did in the 1500s.

They need to wake up that the world does not evolve around them only. It's time to set the record straight and have them reconditioned to that manner of thinking. The U.S. needs to de-occupy Hawai'i and get the hell out of our country; we were here first and that's that!

    Refer to the laws of occupation. It spells out the guidelines. Then there are reparations and restitution that the U.S. is accountable for. Similar guidelines as that in Iraq but not as drastic. We makes the demands not the U.S. The U.S. would have to reverse all the violations it has committed.
