Keeping one eye on the fish, always; the hearing date on HCR 107 has been scheduled and is attached. It will be heard by the Committee on Hawaiian Affairs chaired by Rep. Faye Hanohano. The date of the hearing is on Wednesday 3/23/2011 at room 329 of the capitol and starts at 8:30am. This is some ono stuff too but watch out for the fox's ploy. I read the article was a bit surprised thanks for the posting. But, you know on second thought I am not surprise that specualtion realestate is just another rape of Native Tenants Rights to access their ancestral grounds. Can you imagine taking your family to the beach and the 'enforcers' show up with tazars and ask you to strip in front of your children. This did happen to a Na Kanaka family here in Waianae--the stripping that is.
