Observation:
Opposition to Foreign Recognition of the Usurpers was not spoken about.............instead, the Usurpers supported by the United States promoted efforts of treasonous persons.
Premeditation to take over a neutral, friendly, already recognized nation is documented.
Notice that the wordings used by the President of the period and how "The declaration that the people of the islands have the right to establish and maintain such institutions as they think best adapted to their wants is entirely satisfactory to the President."
