 The following have been documented with the Honolulu Police Department and recorded with the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii Records affecting article XIV of the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States:

11/12/2020 - Report received from Assistant Konohiki David Kromer/ San Tah who was attacked by Terrance Vincent aka Bear dba Bear trucking.  

Assistant Konohiki/ land caretaker in Hawaii specifically on Oahu,named David Kromer was "attacked and my property damaged and made to disappear, destroyed."

Assistant Konohiki/land caretaker in Hawaii specifically on Oahu, David Kromer feared for his life and reported the dangerous issues to me.

Assistant Konohiki David Kromer is one of the Protected persons who works with us.  Parity clause assigned to him and others.  

Case precedence::  Landais case, and deFlanchet cases, HAWAIIAN REPORT, Volume I, Supreme Court Law Library/Archives/Main Library, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.

The area is also identified as TMK: (1)9-7-024:050 person Terrance Vincent, is part Hawaiian on a month-to-month lease paying $5,000 per month to the Hawaiian Homelands.

Terrance Vincent/Bear claims to hold a lease with the Hawaiian Homelands.

Note:  The Hawaiian Homelands doesn't own the Crown Land.  A non-owner by the name of Sanford B. Dole claimed to have passed the "ceded" lands to Mr. Stevens in 1893.

U.S. President Cleveland and his Secretary of State both stated that the Royal government is the legitimate government in Hawaii.

Secretary of State Walter Gresham stated that the Provisional government was a "pretend" government.

Secretary of State Walter Gresham in 1893 knew that Annexation could never occur due to the conspiracy by the American Minister Stevens who engaged in organizing "the pretended (Provisional) government, is to make a farce on international relations". 

 

Claims to Annexation were all lies.  There was No Annexation in 1898.  Oppositions were documented by Queen Liliuokalani and 40,000 of her subjects.  To date, only 21,000 signatures were found by researchers.  

 

Queen Liliuokalani's opposition to annexation letters were found by one of our Royal Family members.

The pretended (Provisional) government's head named Sanford B. Dole claimed to give the Crown Lands /renamed ceded lands to Minister Stevens.

The Crown Lands had many owners not only Queen Liliuokalani.

The Crown Lands deeds were found by my brother and I at the Archives, Honolulu, Oahu.

Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli said that the Crown Lands belonged to "himself, his heirs, and successors, forever."

Our Royal Family member are Kamehameha III's heirs and successors and deny the "pretended government is related to our Royal Family and Sanford B. Dole and his friends were conspirators, those who premeditated the take over of a neutrall, friendly, non-violent nation, and conveyed lands, which he did not own.

 

Also know that Queen Liliuokalani was Not the only Crown Land owner.  She died in 1917 and many Kamehameha descendants existed then and their descendants exist today including our Royal Family and myself, one of the Representatives, heirs, and successors due to multiple family members found in research.

Please place Terrence Vincent on the list that was assigned to me in 1998.  The Honolulu Police did assign me a Police Number 98-271435 AF-CF regarding genocide activities in Hawaii in letter dated July 23, 1998...about a thousand people have been entered on that report to date. 

 

Also, as one of the Crown Lands owners, this Notice also serves the purpose of charging rent of $50,000 per month retroactive to the time that he entered the property.

If payment is not received by December 1, 2020, then removal of all items from the farm lands is expected and other will be given the opportunity to farm, etc.
