Mr. Duane Kamai, a resident on our Crown Lands erroneously labeled "ceded" lands due to non-owner, conspirator, usurper, treasonous person Sanford B. Dole, is currently having issues with the non-owners entity State of Hawaii Hawaiian Home Program.
Because the Kamehameha's exists, allodial title landowners, the entity state is wrongfully claiming our Crown Lands and are not the landowners.
I am the Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs of the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii and have the authority to negate illegal contracts.
The DHHL/ Department of Hawaiian Homelands contracts are illegal contracts because they are non-owners who have been transferring lands that they do not own.
Instructions to Mr. Duane Kamai:
There are several ways to handle this:

The mortgage taken on by your father is not a loan that was made by you, it was his alone, or even if made by him and your mother.
The mortgage that your mother assumed was continued because her name was also on the loan. But that is not your loan if you did not sign for the loan either.
My long time friend's cousin informed the bankers that the mortgage was his father's loan/bill and not his. He said that it was his father's bill and that he did not make the bill. Note: His name was not on the loan/bill.
The collectors/bank couldn't do anything. He doesn't pay the mortgage now because he won his argument for his home on Pupukea, Oahu.

Sanford B. Dole was not an owner of the Crown Lands which did not belong to Queen Liliuokalani alone.

When Alien Alfred S. Hartwell was Judge, he changed the deed into his own creation saying that Kamehameha III 's hanai/adopted son was his heir to the throne and successor, and therefore, the Crown Lands heir was the successor to the throne, leaving out the fact that Kamehameha III declared that the Crown Lands belonged to "himself" - there are heirs to Kamehameha III, "his heirs" meant his family who were Kamehameha's, and "successors" were also Kamehameha's families as well. Kamehameha III's families included his siblings, step sibling's, and hanai/adopted siblings. They all were part of the legitimate connections to Kamehameha, and not a single person who held the "seat of the Crown" as the Alien Hartwell wanted it to be.
Note: Alfred S. Hartwell was a former Civil War General, a psyop assigned to Hawaii to aid in annexing a "weaker nation" to the United States. Plans to annex Hawaii was documented since 1826 by the missionaries/mercenaries and the U.S. Presidents since 1840 - President Tyler, et. als.

(3) Kamehameha III' deed was made in 1848 with many heirs documented through genealogies.

Affidavit/Lien No. 96-177455 (281 pages) was filed on 12/17/96 with evidence of the Crown Land owners, Genealogies, Premeditation to assume Hawaii, etc. at the Bureau of Conveyances, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.
A Joinder to the Affidavit/Lien No. 96-177455 (281 pages) was filed documented as Doc A-71510779 on July 31, 2019 (118 pages) showing that I, Amelia Gora, John Francis Gora, and Francis Keoua Gora are the descendants of Kalola (female) the documented next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi who married Charles Reed Bishop. Bernice Pauahi Bishop's interest in all lands ceased upon her death in 1884. Charles Reed Bishop's life interest in all lands ceased upon his death in 1915. Kalola (female) our ancestor died in 1886 and her descendants lived on which is why we filed the Joinder. These articles are valuable because it shows the Premeditation to take over Hawaii for a long time. The U.S. and other nations referred to the Sandwich Islands/Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii, etc.
