Greetings,

This is to inform you that our Royal Family are:

1) the allodial land title owners which was formerly under the name of Bernice Pauahi Bishop who died in 1884 and her husband Charles Reed Bishop who died in 1915.

2) Both Bernice Pauahi Bishop and Charles Reed Bishop were treasonous persons documented 

3) and adjudicated in the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii Supreme Court.  

 Our Supreme Court has the original jurisdiction as posted to you, 

4) and information was served to your office in person by Amelia Gora, a Royal Person who descends from Kalola (female) the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop and our Konohiki, Assistant Konohiki.

5)  Bernice Pauahi Bishop was Not the "last of the Kamehameha's".

6)  The Evidence/ The news article IN THE LAND OF POI was written by Sereno Bishop/Rev. Sereno Bishop who was also a conspirator, treasonous person who helped to dethrone Hawaii's Queen Liliuokalani.  

Sereno Bishop under the pen name of "Kamehameha" documented that both Bernice Pauahi Bishop and her husband Charles Reed Bishop were supporters to the conspiracies, treason, piracy(ies), pillaging.  See:

14)  The same Treasonous persons who created the Bernice Pauahi Bishop /KSBE/ Kamehameha Schools created a Fraud 1909 Trust claiming Queen Liliuokalani signed it, 

15)  Queen Liliuokalani denied signing a Trust Deed, and is on record as having revoked that Fraud 1909 Trust.

16)  Queen Liliuokalani created a Trust in 1872 leaving lands to her hanai/adopted daughter Kahakuhaakoi/Kaaumoana/Kekua/Kekualoa to care for her lands.  

17)  The Fraud 1909 Trust used an Agr./Agreement made between Queen Liliuokalani's hanai/adopted daughter then created a Fraud by turning the Agr./Agreement into a Deed.

Queen Liliuokalani was a hanai/adopted sister of Bernice Pauahi Bishop, Kalola (female) who was the next-of-kin on Bernice Pauahi Bishop's Probate was.

Note:  Kalola (female) was listed as a cousin but research shows that she was both a cousin and a 

stepsister.

Kalola (female) was a child of Abner Paki's brother named Kalaniulumoku who died in 1838.

Research shows that Bernice Pauahi Bishop was claimed to be a daughter of Robert Crichton Wyllie who became the Minister of Foreign Relations after he arrived from the United States.

18)  Charles Reed Bishop died in 1915 and all of his land claims ended because he was an Alien and could never own allodial lands.

Note:  Former U.S. President Barrack Obama descends from Leland Dunham the nephew of Pirate Charles Reed Bishop.

Charles Reed Bishop committed fraud, piracy(ies), pillaging, conspired against our Royal Family and assumed monies and lands that he did not own.

Charles Reed Bishop provided monies, lands etc. to his family members who were not our Royal Family members.

Charles Reed Bishop lost his claims to land and monies due to treason, conspiracy, piracy(ies) etc. and was not entitled to lands, monies, etc.

The Hawaiian Kingdom /Kingdom of Hawaii Supreme Court of original jurisdiction stripped him of all monies, income, etc. which means his "heirs" have also been stripped and entitled to nothing.

Obama is a part black man who is Not part of our Kamehameha Royal Family member.

Note:  This also serves as a Legal Advisory - a Nation to Nation Advisory/Legal Notice which also shows that U.S. President Barrack Obama was Not born in the United States but a nation called the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii made up of 133 islands in the Hawaiian archipelago.

Charles Reed Bishop's heirs cannot share in the wealth of our Royal Family made up of Kamehameha's Heirs and Succesors.

Former U.S. President Barrack Obama and others are stripped of all claims in our Hawaiian archipelago.

Also, it was his ancestor named Joseph Booth who had called our Royal Family member named Mataio Kekuanaoa " a shit eating nigger".

Joseph Booth's son named John Booth left the islands and appears to be the asassin of U.S. President Abraham Lincoln.

John Booth was married to Wahinealoha and left the islands.

After the death of U.S. President Abraham Lincoln, John Booth was claimed to have been killed but news later showed that he had changed his name.

Friends to John Booth were killed.

John Booth's fiancee arrived in the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii to seek assistance from Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha and Archives Records shows that she did indeed visit with Kamehameha V.  Research incomplete.

19)  Queen Liliuokalani was put on the throne for a day by the Pirates/pillagers entity called the Pan- Pacific Club which became the Hawaii Tourism Authority.

She was under duress and signed illegal contracts.

U.S. President Wilson was one of the four (4) Aliens who were gifted with the title Pan Pacific President.  The other Aliens were from New Zealand, Australia, and China.

20)  The Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE/Kamehameha Schools fraudulently

claimed that they were the heirs and other hanger ons were included.

22)  The Fraud based Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE/Kamehameha Schools who were treasonous, conspirators, Partners-in-Crime began a process called the Land Court to change/Pirate /Pillage Allodial lands to the American System and claim their fraudulent claims.

23)  The Pan Pacific Club/a Pirate Club which was changed to the Hawaii Tourism Authority made rules claiming that they could purchase lands in the Hawaiian Islands, etc.

Note:  This is contrary to the rule of law in the Hawaiian Kingdom because the United States, Great

Britain etc. had disabilities an could not own lands - documented by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.

24)  The Trustees of all of the Alii Trusts collected rents, and enrichened themselves through piracy, pillaging, racketeering, privateering and illegally conveyed lands to the United States, etc.

25) Annexation was a huge lie which was pursued and promoted by pirates, pillagers who wanted the lands, monies, minerals belonging to people of color, who was recognized as a Monarchy since 1810 during the time of Kamehameha.

26)  Statehood of the Fraud based State of Hawaii was signed by Executive Order of U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower in 1959.

It was 10 years later that the Truth from the Library of Congress was revealed for all to know.  See 25) for the Reference/Evidence.

27)  An Apology was signed by U.S. President William Clinton in 1993.  It was an admission of some of the crimes against a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation.  The P.L. 103-150  was called the Apology.

28)  U.S. Senators Daniel Inouye and Daniel Inouye were authors of the P.L. 103-150 and both had claimed and assured Congress and U.S. President Clinton that nothing would come of it.

29)  The U.S. Supreme Court documented that there was No Annexation in 2000.

30)  Not possible to Annex another nation already recognized under International Law, etc.

 31)  Our Royal Family's exist, descendants of Kalola (female) who was one of the descendants of Kamehameha which includes our Family.

32)  Both Affidavit/Lien No. 96-177455 (281 pages) was filed at the Bureau of Conveyances, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii, and Joinder to 96-177455 was filed and served to many.

33)  Rents are due for all of our Royal Family's lands which were wrongfully claimed by the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE/Kamehameha Schools, etc. at the rate of $500,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1884.

34)  Mineral rights, water rights, etc. are also due for all the lands wrongfully claimed by 

35)  The lands added over time also has the rate of $500,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1884.

36)  Allodial lands belonging to kanaka maoli with evidence of their ownership will be returned to them after completing all of their copies of their evidence of their ownership to lands.

37)  I, Amelia Gora, and other Royal Family members did send billings for rents, services, and conveniences to the Trustees of the Kamehameha Schools/KSBE/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates, etc. in 1995 and the Trustees failed to pay.

This was done through the Hawaiian Genealogical Society based on genealogies researched over time beginning with both of our Alii genealogy lines from both my mother's and father's kanaka maoli pedigree.

Note:  I, Amelia Gora, am one of the descendants of Princess Poomaikelani who was the head /early head of the Hawaiian Genealogical Society from the Hawaiian Kingdom/ Kingdom of Hawaii.

38)  By documenting rents, this is a reminder to you that additional Liens have been placed on all the properties that belongs to our Royal Family's.

This is based on the rule of law, the Constitutions of 1840, 1852, and 1864.

Note:  the Constitution signed by King David Kalakaua who had a gun to his head.  Duress nulls and voids all contracts.  Conspiracies etc. is also cause of null and voiding illegal contracts.

39)  Royal persons are not subject to the laws.

40)  Our Royal Family members have the bloodlines of the Ruling Chiefs in Hawaii who have been here for more than 1,650+ years.

Note:  John Young and Isaac Davis of Great Britain and others are also ancestors of ours, etc.

41)  A list of our konohiki, assistant konohiki, peace keepers has just been sent.

42)  Some of the Billings for our private properties such as Waialae, Waialae Iki, Kualoa Ahupuaa, Waikiki Ahupuaa, Kapalama Ahupuaa, outer islands, etc. have been sent and these billings covers all others.

43)  Persons residing on our Royal Family's properties have paid to non-owners, illegal Aliens such as the the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/KSBE/Kamehameha Schools, etc. who are Not the owners will need to pay the Allodial land owners because Fraud, deceit, criminal malfeasance, piracy(ies), pillaging, racketeering, privateering has been found and corrections are ongoing.

44)  All monies, etc. held by banking institutions belonging to our Kamehameha Royal Family is also claimed with these documents.

The Afft/Lien No. 96-177455 (281 pages) and Joinder to Afft/Lien No. 96-177455 can be found at the Bureau Conveyances, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.

Note:  The Bureau of Conveyances has been built on my own great great grandmother's property and rents are also due on that property.  

45) Am looking forward to utilize the Bureau of Conveyances building soon or moves to remove the building and rebuild a new one will be made.

Our Royal Family owns the allodial title to the land among others in town.

45) There are much properties belonging to our Royal Family members including the property across of the Kawaiahao Cemetery belonging to our Stepfather Abner Paki, and am informing the entity State of Hawaii to vacate the premises so that we could use it for our offices, etc.

46)  These are Private Properties of our Royal Family.

47)  The Crown Lands Deed has been found which show that it is the Private Property of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, for himself, his heirs and successors, forever.

48)  The Government Lands Deed has been found which shows that it is to be under the care of the House of Nobles and the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii Minister of Interior will do the assignments of lands based on Fee Simple or 30 year leases only.

49)  The 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States is a permanent, binding contract by Kamehameha III, his heirs and successors with U.S. President Zachary Taylor.  The treaty was signed and ratified in 1850.

Note:  both heirs and successors are Kamehameha descendants and heirs, not Alien infiltrators who are on record as identity thieving our Royal Family.

50) Treaties made are the supreme law of the land and even the Judges of the U.S. has to adhere to it.

51) I, Amelia Gora, place on record that I did request for our documents, artifacts of every sort to be returned to our Royal Family because the Aliens are Not the legal owners of documents, books, letters, artifacts, etc.
