My response to "U.S., Russia to sign nuclear arms treaty" CBS News 3/26/2010

Pacific Islanders observe differently because of our wide span of U.S. military arsenal, islands, & ocean topography.Living next to (within 3 miles) nuclear weapons and firing ranges, we have no choice in U.S. democracy in stopping U.S. practices on our populations.The Pacific Islands, regardless of what governing entity i.e.,Micronesia, Belau, Aotearoa-Pacific Islanders are all the same and we have been opposing Nuclear Bombing on foreign populations and ourselves since it's first bombing.For the wider U.S. population this is new in ones thinking. The Pentagon is the true 'Rulers' in the Pacific.The commander in chief of the Pacific is NOT the President in the White House of U.S!This is child's play to Pacific Islanders.The real bullies are the Pentagon and they are planning an attack on North Korea, Iran and Pacific Islanders.Mark 45's litters our oceans, land and Pacific Islanders residence such as children's playgrounds.It is sad that American citizens are ignorant to isotopes and how it's particles destroy humanity from the insideout.Induced exposure to nuclear waste is a controlling factor for the Pentagon and their access to $54 billion for NuclearWarfare and the like is a piece of cake for 'Generals' of the U.S. armed forces.The Pentagon have a 'fence'sustainable plan in place for earth's populations that expands to the year 2050.They are only two populations in Pentagon military in the fence and citizens outside their fence.That is the problem-we Pacific Islander's live with each day in the Pacific.The recent Presidency Nobel Peace did not reach the minds of the military and their bankers.But,American citizens can reach the minds of the Pentagon, for their 'fence' rules and regulation policies for American nuclear missile deployments outside their fences, Aloha
