STATE OF HAWAII City and County of Honolulu I, Henry Richard Kinney, Jr. a Native Hawaiian descendant and Sovereign, born on December 26, 1938 at Queen's Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii, do herby renounce my citizenship to the United States of America as of 6 P.M. Hawaiian Standard time on January 17, 1993. I protest against any and all acts done against my native country, the Hawaiian Kingdom and its constitutional sovereign, Queen Liliuokalani by United States troops on January 17, 1893. No, to avoid any collision of arrest from agents of the United States, and perhaps the loss of my life and freedom, I seek the full independence of the Hawaiian Islands as an independent nation of the Free World. Henry R. Kinnney, Jr. 731 McCully Street Honolulu, Hawaii, 96826 Subscribed and sworn to before me this 15th day of January, 1993 Notary Public, First Judicial Circuit State of Hawaii

  • Uncle and Aunty,

Mahalo nui for your kind words. I joined the american navy 11 years ago, when I thought I was an american. Now I know the truth, but am still stuck in their system. I know they don't care about the culture, land and people. My tutukane passed away last month while I'm out here, and they wouldn't let me go home to be there for my ohana. Another thing is I return home on the day they illegally proclaimed our Nation as their 50th state. I am glad to see more and more people "awaken" and learn the truth. Hope I can serve my real country when I return.

    Aloha,

    Keliiaumoana
  • Hawaii was never annexed legally. So our US Citizenship is illegitimate. Do we still have to renounce something that is illegal from the start?
    • I voted in the American System which made me an American Citizen, I was in the Navy which also made me an American Citizen. What's works for me does not mean that it works for you, Keliiuamona,
HE HAWAII AU, HE HAWAII MAKOU, o Pomai
      • Ae maopopo au. I'm stuck in the american navy right now. I type to you from a destroyer deployed to the Arabian Gulf. I guess that makes me an american citizen too. But in my heart, I know I am a loyal Hawaiian Subject.

        Aloha,

        Keliiaumoana
        • aloha kelii,

i told my sons both in their 20's if they were to fight, that they will fight and dy only for this kingdom of hawaii, no other country period.

if there is a draft for my sons now, if they choose their death sentence in other country, then that is their choice, but with my life in theirs, i will fight for them to be here on this kingdom until their deaths
in honor of our kingdom government and NO other.

come back home where you belong, you mama's heart must be sadden to have you so young of a man to be fighting for a country that illegally took over yours. claim your rights and come home.
yesterday, i recieved my 13th grandbaby.

i am teaching them their Mo'okuauahau (geneology) teaching them who they are and where they belong. a nation is being built amoung this illegal nation of americans.

one day i hope to see you in your ohana's arms again, soon

        • ALOHA Kaua, e Keliiaumoana, There are non american citizens who are in the U.S.A. Military. That don't make them American citizens. I'm not sure about you, but when I enlisted I took the oath as an American Citizen. The main thing, e Keliiaumoana is what is in your heart. You said, and you know it that you are Hawaii. No law can change what is in your heart, e Keliiaumoana. I'm so proud to have you as a Friend on Maoliworld. I was in the Navy and stationed on the USS OKALAHOMA CITY CLG-5. I hope to meet you when you come home. Please be careful and keep in contact with me as you'll always from now on be in my thoughts. He Hawaii Au, He Hawaii Makou, o Pomai
