Oahu should shuts down all electric by 10 pm and no electric until 10a the next morning,

county of maui have spent millions for the roads for the wind farms heading towards lahaina and yet for more than 20 yrs.....our living kupunas have been waiting for OHA and the Hawaiian Home Lands to provide some kind of safe Road, running water and sewer to Kahikihui Valley.....for our Recognised Native Hawaiians......why?????? county of maui, OHA and Hawaiian Home Lands..... have you forgotten our living kupuna's that have been asking for assistance to live in KahikiNui????
