Malulani Estates have engaged the services of DTZ a L.A. based property company to finance development of a gated community on agricultural land, it is anticipated financing will be finalized by the latter stages of 2012. Swiss financial group MMK Global are the developers. The controversy is outlined in this weeks "Honolulu Weekly":
