Legal Notice: Opposition to Abercrombie Criminal Land Transfers to their Creation OHA/Office of Hawaiian Affairs, etc.

The following e-mail was filed opposing the Senate Bill 2783    this morning....then I, Amelia Gora, did state that "I stand on my testimony" and added to the testimony by stepping forward to personally testify....and did call them Pirates!....let them know that I am one of Kamehameha's descendants, Kalaniopuu's descendant, Kahekili's descendant, Kaumualii's descendant, descendant of two of Queen Liliuokalani's daughters named Princess Poomaikelani and Kaaumona/Kekualoa.....let them know that I am one of the land owners .....and it all has to do with genealogies, history, etc....... let them know that I put out the IOLANI - The News on the web with 381 issues to date, etc. ----too bad I didn't have a recorder with me but I did take pictures! ( see below)

    This is to inform you that the State of Hawaii has no title to lands in the Hawaiian Islands.
    I am opposing the claims by Abercrombie, et. als. to settle a $200 million dollar claim giving lands that they do not own to OHA/Office of Hawaiian Affairs an entity created by the State of Hawaii which evolved from the Territory of Hawaii, the Republic of Hawaii, the Provisional Government, the House of Representatives, a voted part of the Hawaiian Government which was a temporary, voted in office, manned by treasonous persons who premeditated the criminal dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
    Kamehameha's descendants exist including myself, Amelia Gora.  Furthermore, I am one of the konohiki heirs of the families of Konohiki Kaaha who was married to my ancestor Kalola (w), the next of kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop documented in Probate.
    I am also one of the Crown Lands Owners........hundreds of articles, legal notices have been filed with the U.S. Presidents over time - former President Clinton, former President GW Bush, present President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
    The PERMANENT Treaties, Treaty of 1850 exists.....the descendants/heirs and successors of Kamehameha III exists.......I am one of the descendants of Peke Davis, an adopted daughter of Kauikeouli/ Kamehameha III.........and there are many other descendants/heirs as well.  Am also an heir of King Lunalilo, King Kalakaua, and Queen Liliuokalani documented.
    Some of the references are listed below.  I am the writer, author of hundreds of articles showing piracy(ies) , etc. affecting our history, genealogies, legal issues, the support by the U.S., England and the bankers in criminally assuming land claims, monies, resources, etc. of a neutral, non-violent, friendly nation.
    The Crown Lands case in which the State of Hawaii attorney generals office seeks to expunge is currently an active case.
    The State of Hawaii Attorney General failed to inform the Supreme Court prior to the last court case that oppositions were documented thru personal delivery of notices since 1996 - including a Affidavit/Lien which was filed at the Bureau of Conveyances on 12/16/1996 (281 pages) and served to the Attorney General, for the Governor Cayetano at the time, certified return receipt requested service to President William Clinton in Washington, D.C., etc.
    I, Amelia Gora, maintain oppositions as done from Queen Liliuokalani in 1897 thru many ancestors over time and I continue the oppositions to your wrongdoing.
    I, Amelia Gora, am one of the title owners to the lands that you claim to convey to an office created by your entity with the intent to show the public that you are making some kind of correction......but you are all bankrupt and have no legal titles....the very lands that you sit on - the State Capitol for example belongs to our families - families of Keoni Ana/John Young, Charles Kanaina, et. als.
    Rents and leases are due......$500 trillion dollars in gold coins,etc. as documented in countless letters to the Presidents, etc.

    OHA'S LAND PROPOSAL FACES NEXT STOP IN SENATE
    HONOLULU (Feb. 24, 2012) – The public will get to comment again Monday on the state's offer to resolve longstanding claims for past-due revenues owed to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.
     
    Two Senate Committees have scheduled a 10 a.m. joint hearing at the State Capitol on Gov. Neil Abercrombie's proposal to transfer 10 parcels of mostly waterfront property in Kaka'ako Makai valued at an estimated $200 million.
     
    If voted out of the joint sessions scheduled by the Senate Committee on Judiciary and Labor along with the Senate Committee on Ways and Means, the measure's next stop would be the floor of the full Senate.
     
    The proposal could potentially provide OHA with an economic boost to help fund community-based programs aimed at improving conditions for Native Hawaiians.
     
    Earlier this month, the Senate Committee on Water Land & Ocean Resources as well as the Senate Committee on Hawaiian Affairs approved the measure amid public testimony overwhelmingly in support of it.

        The following legal notice, e-mail, testimony was made today February 27, 2012 in opposition to the transfer of lands by Governor Neil Abercrombie.  Abercrombie who represents the State of Hawaii does not own the lands that he wishes to give to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, a State created agency to give the appearance that he's doing a good thing for Hawaiians and hoping to wash all claims forever.
        Background
        Premeditation to dethrone our Queen Liliuokalani has been found, along with the facts that the U.S. Government did help to support the usurpers /conspirators/ treasonous persons/pirates and did aid their criminal actions against a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation.

        ARTICLE II

             His Majesty the King of the Hawaiian Islands grants to the Government of the United States the exclusive right to enter the harbor of the Pearl River in the Island of Oahu, and to establish and maintain there a coaling and repair station for the use of vessels of the United States, and to that end the United States may improve the entrance to said harbor and do all other things needful to the purpose aforesaid.

        Note:  The Convention/Treaty was ratified by King Kalakaua in 1887.....and would expire in 1894.....nothing in the above states that any part of Pearl Harbor/Pearl River was ceded to the U.S...............Lies, Lies, Lies promoted by the media and other criminal deviants, pirates, conspirators......then look at the article of 1892 showing the U. S. government moves to purchase properties in the Pearl Harbor area......
         

        An intense research of all transactions of the U.S. shows that the U.S. purchased lease lands from Oahu Rail..... also, the criminal courts Condemned lands for the U.S. Government.....AFTER the premeditated move of removing Queen Liliuokalani from the throne with the support of treasonous persons now documented..............wicked, beyond evil...........

        Top that off with the fact that King Kalakaua signed the 1887 Constitution, called the Bayonnet Constitution because he was under duress due to a gun raised to his head.............the Constitution stripped him of his Royal status..............until Queen Liliuokalani tore up the Constitution of 1887, she legally returned the Royal status to the throne.....and she could because she was adopted/hanai by Kamehameha's descendants.

         1892 - Treasonous persons in a concerted effort moved to dethrone Queen Liliuokalani - ranging from Senator Daniel Akaka's ancestor Thomas Akaka; U.S. President Obama's ancestors the Joseph Booth's; Lorrin Thurston making plans in Makua with American government Representative in Makua Valley, the same valley where the U.S. military blows up depleted uranium as if to rid the evidence of their crimes, etc.

        3) William Castle - owner of the Railway Company which runs thru Pearl River Harbor. "He is a native."

        4) Joseph Marsden - sugar planter.

        5) Charles L. Carter - lawyer.

        Princess Kaiulani's father - Archibald Cleghorn 'got lost somewhere between Chicago and Washington'. From Salt Lake City and former resident from Hawaii, William A. Kinney, lawyer met them as an advisor.

        Dr. Smith/Dr. Mott Smith, a representative from the Hawaiian Islands in Washington, D. C. met the five (5) from Hawaii.

        Dr. Smith/Dr. Mott Smith's assistant was Thomas Akaka, ancestor of current day Daniel Akaka who moves with the Akaka Bill, with purposes of defrauding all Hawaiian aboriginals/kanaka maoli, etc.

        Now, to get back to the above posted document, $5,000 was made available for five (5) members to travel to Washington D.C. Appears Cleghorn did not want to be directly associated with the treasonous group and happend to have gotten "lost". Cleghorn was the brother-in-law of Queen Liliuokalani due to his marriage to Princess Miriam Likelike and the parents of Princess Kaiulani. Pushing aside the reason for travel at the Hawaiian Kingdom expense for economic plans with the U.S., the travel monies granted in the Legislative Session of 1892, and approved for use on January 5, 1893, was used instead for treasonous activities involved plans to "secure annexation with the United States". The language added "We citizens and representatives of the Hawaiian Islands, organizing and acting for the public safety and the common good, hereby proclaim that a Provisional government for the control and management of public affairs and the protection of the public peace is hereby established. to exist under terms of union with the United States of America have been negotiated and agreed upon." "The terms upon which the annexation shall be made.......................we shall remain here until our object is accomplished or our application is rejected."

        Note: Daniel Akaka's ancestor Thomas Akaka worked with Dr. Mott-Smith, Lorrin Thurston, Sanford B. Dole et. als. and helped to plan the dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani in 1892 at Washington, D.C. It is documented in Dr. Mott-Smith's book.

        OHA'S LAND PROPOSAL FACES NEXT STOP IN SENATE
        HONOLULU (Feb. 24, 2012) – The public will get to comment again Monday on the state's offer to resolve longstanding claims for past-due revenues owed to the Office of Hawaiian Affairs.
         
        Two Senate Committees have scheduled a 10 a.m. joint hearing at the State Capitol on Gov. Neil Abercrombie's proposal to transfer 10 parcels of mostly waterfront property in Kaka'ako Makai valued at an estimated $200 million.
         
        If voted out of the joint sessions scheduled by the Senate Committee on Judiciary and Labor along with the Senate Committee on Ways and Means, the measure's next stop would be the floor of the full Senate.
         
        The proposal could potentially provide OHA with an economic boost to help fund community-based programs aimed at improving conditions for Native Hawaiians.
         
        Earlier this month, the Senate Committee on Water Land & Ocean Resources as well as the Senate Committee on Hawaiian Affairs approved the measure amid public testimony overwhelmingly in support of it.

        The Permanent Treaty of 1850 is in place.  The State of Hawaii needs to be under the American Embassy or the American Consulate because the true landowners exists, including myself and our families.

    This is to inform you that the State of Hawaii has no title to lands in the Hawaiian Islands.
    I am opposing the claims by Abercrombie, et. als. to settle a $200 million dollar claim giving lands that they do not own to OHA/Office of Hawaiian Affairs an entity created by the State of Hawaii which evolved from the Territory of Hawaii, the Republic of Hawaii, the Provisional Government, the House of Representatives, a voted part of the Hawaiian Government which was a temporary, voted in office, manned by treasonous persons who premeditated the criminal dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
    Kamehameha's descendants exist including myself, Amelia Gora.  Furthermore, I am one of the konohiki heirs of the families of Konohiki Kaaha who was married to my ancestor Kalola (w), the next of kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop documented in Probate.
    I am also one of the Crown Lands Owners........hundreds of articles, legal notices have been filed with the U.S. Presidents over time - former President Clinton, former President GW Bush, present President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
    The PERMANENT Treaties, Treaty of 1850 exists.....the descendants/heirs and successors of Kamehameha III exists.......I am one of the descendants of Peke Davis, an adopted daughter of Kauikeouli/ Kamehameha III.........and there are many other descendants/heirs as well.  Am also an heir of King Lunalilo, King Kalakaua, and Queen Liliuokalani documented.
    Some of the references are listed below.  I am the writer, author of hundreds of articles showing piracy(ies) , etc. affecting our history, genealogies, legal issues, the support by the U.S., England and the bankers in criminally assuming land claims, monies, resources, etc. of a neutral, non-violent, friendly nation.
    The Crown Lands case in which the State of Hawaii attorney generals office seeks to expunge is currently an active case.
    The State of Hawaii Attorney General failed to inform the Supreme Court prior to the last court case that oppositions were documented thru personal delivery of notices since 1996 - including a Affidavit/Lien which was filed at the Bureau of Conveyances on 12/16/1996 (281 pages) and served to the Attorney General, for the Governor Cayetano at the time, certified return receipt requested service to President William Clinton in Washington, D.C., etc.
