I deny that the State of Hawaii, OHA/Office of Hawaiian Affairs, Kanaiowalu, etc. are part of our Kamehameha's families.
 
For the Records, Evidence of Wrongs against a Neutral, already recognized, friendly nation, I hereby submit the following:

Reminders/Evidence Found/Uncovered that the Hawaiian Kingdom/ Hawaiian Government was recognized internationally in 1810 when Kamehameha formed a Monarchy government.
In 1846, England recognized the Independence of the Hawaiian Kingdom and did not list the Hawaiian Kingdom as a "barbaric" nation.  England did document the Indians, Afghans, Arabs, and the Circassians as "barbaric" nations.

1996 - I, Amelia Gora, one of the descendants of Kamehameha, did file an Affidavit/Lien No. 96-177455 on 12/17/96 at the Bureau of Conveyances which affects all lands, etc. and it was recognized as a lien by a Legal Aid attorney.  Evidence of Fraud, Racketeering, Corruption, Treason, etc. was entered in the 281 pages filed, stamped, paid for.

2013 - I, Amelia Gora, one of the descendants/heirs of Kamehameha III - Kauikeouli, did inform U.S. President Obama that descendants/heirs of Kamehameha and Kamehameha III - Kauikeouli including myself existed and recognize the Permanent Friendship Treaty (ies) existing.  I did serve a legal notice via U.S. Post Office, certified mail, return receipt requested, which was received back from the Whitehouse.

                     I, Amelia Gora, am part of the Sovereigns descendants/heirs and the House of Nobles due to two original members being my ancestor - the House of Nobles original members descendants maintain the permanent part of the three part government, two parts being permanent and one part a voted in temporary part called the House of Representatives.

As the Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs, immunities are included for myself, my families and other designated kanaka maoli et. als. including those who unknowingly signed (questionable) contracts, etc.

For all the above reasons, I, Amelia Gora as a Royal Person and acting in the legal capacity of being a member of the Kamehameha families, the House of Nobles, the Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs hereby maintain that the Hawaiian Government exists, recognize the Permanent Treaty signed by U.S. President Tyler, which locks in the 1849 U.S. Constitution oppose fraudulent entities set up by the conspiracy/pirate based operations called the Provisional Government, turned Republic of Hawaii, turned Territory of Hawaii, turned State of Hawaii, supporting OHA/Office of Hawaiian Affairs, Kanaiowalu, etc.
