This was filed yesterday (KILLING THIS CASE) in regard to Molokai Crown Trust Land held under Konohiki rights and Tenant Rights. 

Please read for understanding and affirmation regarding Hawaiian National Citizen’s rights under their own laws on their own land.  Don’t forget…. non-abrogated Hawaiian Kingdom common law (the law of this Aina and Nation) is alive and is superior to corporate law (Hawaii Revised Statutes – HRS) used by the de facto STATE OF HAWAII (which is a U.S. corporation, not a State of the Union). 

Also, that this Office of the Attorney General or any Office under proper Hawaiian Kingdom Oath of Office is superior to that of the corporate STATE and so called, foreign loathed U.S. judges fraudulently functioning on Hawaiian Aina which the U.S. knows is still foreign soil to the U.S.
