download the whole case but the county made an excuse by saying
they did'nt have the time to scan that case yet.
Talk about Maui county bullshit.
All this bull shit will be revealed when we go after the title
of all the big Ranches, plantations and large estates.

I have been reading your posted discussion on the forums and taking it's citation into my everyday thinking. And too, I just want to let you know that I have been reading Steve Vogler's works too.
I believe the notion of Independence is becoming a reality in the minds of those that are calling themselves Hawaiian without a drop of blood. It's interesting how things are mixing as far as ownership of native tenants and private land ownership.
I strongly believe if the homesteaders can hang in there long enough, I believe the genealogies can be brought to the forefront and all else to follow are the legal and injuries. But, that's just my opinion.
I am still grappling with the AEC and their rights over humanity as far as nuclear atmospheric testing in the Hawaiian Chain. I'm pretty pissed off at the newly formed organization that thinks we can Hooponopono away our healthy lives so that the military can have their private 'mark 45 of 'isotopes' violence blasting all over our aina and children.
Pono will be home tomorrow so I am trying to clear up what just happened and maybe we both can sit and talk together hopefully soon about the guiding principle of wayfaring and nuclear contamination. What's the sense of seeing Kealaikahiki as a near shore happening when in fact it was more than just floating down under to meet our relatives. But, so is a nation with a high rate of birth defects.
