It's wonderful that Kaua'i Police Chief Darryl Perry is a defender of the right to freedom of speech without government intervention but let's not forget that Hawai'i has armed drones that may be used against civilians like how Obama used drones to assassinate 2 Americans without due process of law http://www.staradvertiser.com/news/hawaiinews/20110525_hawaii_guard_gets_flock_of_shadow_UAVs.html
They also have LRAD in stock which they may use against peaceful protestors like how they used in Pittsburg where innocent bystander and visiting professor Karen Piper filed a lawsuit against the City of Pittsburg http://www.aclupa.org/legal/legaldocket/pipervcityofpittsburghetal.htm She suffered permanent hearing loss due to the local police employing a Long Range Acoustic Device (LRAD) against protestors during the 2009 G-20 Summit which Obama proudly attended.
Let us not forget that it is Obama who invited other APEC elitists to come to Hawai'i to discuss further World Domination and the Further Annihilation of Indigenous Peoples including but not limited to Hawaiians using their "Global SWAT Teams" to do so. APEC is an Indigenous People Destroyer and a small-business destroyer.
Be careful of them. They can and have used offensive weaponry against peaceful protestors so that they can preserve their World Domination.
