Leona Tupou My uncle has been holding signs for years front of HELCO in Hilo. His had a defective meter and was paying ridiculous amounts. HELCO come in with police to remove his meter and shut off his electric. He has a life threatening condition and told them about it... He was told by HELCO and the PUC to buy a generator. He tried to go to the news station but they refuse to interview him. The newspapers are the only ones that ever talked to him.
