The Association for Better Living and Education International
The Association for Better Living and Education (ABLE) has the purpose of reversing the social decay that threatens our societies by resolving the worst problems that plague man today — drugs, crime, illiteracy and immorality. This is done by supporting, promoting and coordinating the programs of four organizations dedicated to social betterment:

While each of the above four activities (Narconon, Criminon, Applied Scholastics and The Way to Happiness Foundation) are non-profit organizations in their own right and each have their own goals and missions, ABLE is the umbrella organization that serves as a coordinating body, provides guidance, support and promotion and ensures that these programs are known, made available and reach entire communities and populations thereby improving the lives of people they serve.
ABLE is a secular (non-religious), non-profit corporate entity with its international headquarters in Los Angeles and offices on each continent.

 Criminon's mission is to provide successful life skills and educational programs to offenders and at-risk individuals that restore their self-respect and help them lead productive crime-free lives in their communities. It also works to assist criminal justice officials through effective strategies and training programs that help them create a more rehabilitative environment.. |
 Narconon provides drug information, education about the effects of drugs and effective drug rehabilitation programs for those already in the grip of addiction. The effects drugs and alcohol have on our society are disastrous. Millions of lives have been ruined, and many lives ended before their time. Unlike many other alcohol and drug treatment methods, the vast majority of graduates go on to live stable, ethical, productive, drug-free lives. Our success rate is second to none. |
