We went to the last meeting for PEIS at Castle High School that night to question the federal panel on their scoping of alternative energy.
Having been in the front line with Dept of Energy for too long prior to Fukushima and not really getting anywhere because of the top heaviness of it (Pentagon, NRC, and AEC) it was necessary to attend the PEIS meeting.
